After the recent storms my roof was in desperate need of repair and with more upcoming rain I needed help quick. I called Acme…. Jody and his team got out extremely quick to get it covered with felt paper for the temporary fix…. Jody worked with the insurance adjuster then met with me to let me know all the options after the claim was completed. The repair was scheduled and his team was there on time and very professional… got the job done in one day. The clean up was amazing- I walked the yard, the drive way and the street In front and did not find any nails which very much impressed me. The roof looks great and will for years to come. Jody and his crew did an amazing job. My roof was in pretty bad shape and he continued to work with my homeowners insurance to make sure it was covered. He was extremely professional and organized. He oversaw the entire project and his crew was impeccable. They were thorough and did not cut any corners. Made sure that the weather wasn't an issue and I was very pleased with the final results. My roof is beautiful and such an easy process letting Jody and his company handle all of the contractors. The gutters are top of the line and he even had painters repair the wood siding and repaint and I am a painter by trade and they did a phenomenal job. This is the second claim I have had since I became a homeowner. The first time I was not that impressed with my roofing company, and so after looking for a company with great reviews, I gave ACME a try. I am glad I did. For years, we have always thought of first calling Jody and Acme Roofing whenever we need ANYTHING done on our home's roof! Their work has been so good that OTHER companies (such as the brick masons we have used) have complimented the jobs they have done for us.Is Acme roofing the cheapest around? No, but you wouldn't want the least expensive. Are they the most expensive? Not at all. Reasonable? Absolutely!And always a high-quality job. The one time we were concerned about a problem after a job was completed, Jody was kind enough to send one of his supervisors to our home on a Saturday afternoon, about an hour after I called him. Now, that's good service.

We have had an issue with our roof for a while and had a very hard time getting anyone to come out. I went on to the Good Contrators list and found Acme Roof Systems. They were very good about following up and performing the work needed to fix my roof. The issue was under the shingles so we couldn't see what was going on. Our fix was relatively quick and I was very pleased that the invoice was $160 less than what was quoted.We highly recommend them.

If you need a new roof or a simple repair, Acme Roof Systems is the company to use. We have had simple repairs done including a chimney replacement all the way to a complete roof. They were very knowledgeable whenever I had a question and were always available to work with my schedule. The workers who did the work on the roof and chimney were very polite and kept the area safe and clean for us as we were coming and going. In fact, Acme Roof Systems was so impressive that numerous homeowners on our block, in Watauga, have had them do their roofs as well. I highly recommend Acme Roof Systems for any roof repairs or replacements!

My mother asked me to write this review on her behalf since she does not write Google reviews. My mom hired a competitor to do some repairs to her roof. They did a bad job. My mom called Acme Roof to come look at her roof to see how to fix the job dome by the competitor. Steve Gregory came to look at her roof. He was very nice and professional. He told her everything the competitor did wrong and how to fix it. But he did not try to get the job. He instead advised my mother to go back to the competitor to try and work with them to make it right, but if she could not resolve with them she could then call Acme to discuss them taking the job. He even fixed her gutter while there without charging her or trying to get a job from her. It was refreshing for her to see a roofing company that was honest and didn't just have dollar signs in their eye.

We had our Arbor modified, and the pergola stripped off and a hipped roof put on. Jody and Sean came out and helped us with a beautiful design! I wish I could post a picture on here, because the work that was done came out beyond our expectations, and for less than we expected to pay!Sean and his crew did all the work, and had it done in 2 Days!Our Arbor, now is the highlight of our backyard pool area and will finally be something that provides shade and protection from the rain.Thanks Sean and Jody for a great job!We love it!

Wow! Great job. We have a small house, only took 24 squares to complete but they treated me as if we lived in a mansion. They had the old Timberline roof removed in an hour and a half and the new felt and Timberline roof down 4 hours after that!. It took about an hour to clean up and look for nails and then they were gone! Roof looks good and Dwayne kept to his word on schedule and quality. Now, to be sure, they wont be the least expensive of the contractors you call but they will be the best of the contractors you call. I hope I don't have to use their warranty but I feel confident they will be around should that need arise.

The first appointment for an estimate was cancelled due to Steve Gregory being unable to make it due to a truck breakdown on the road.For the second appointment, this same individual was late with no communication. Had to call the office to find out if we had the time wrong, or if they were letting us down again.Finally did get together for an estimate and hired this company for roof repairs.Two weeks after the work, during the first rainstorm, we found out that we had the same leaks. Either the repairs were made poorly, or they were not made at all.Called for Steve to show up again. A worker finally showed up 2:30 minutes late! He admitted that he couldn't work in the rain, which means that we wasted a day waiting on someone to show up and do the CORRECT work which should have been done the first time.You make your own conclusion, but we are just glad that they are not the only company out there, as we will never use them again, and so should you.

my elderly parents had an area over there bay window that had been slowly leaking and had rotted the decking, once we noticed it they called a few roofing companies and were told they didnt have time to help them. then we called acme. a foreman named joe marsh came out that after noon, he gave them a very fair price, the next day they had a very polite workman pull the roofing off replace the decking and put new roofing down and clean up like he was never there, i waited to do this review till after all the rains, every thing did just fine. so to end this, they did what they said they would, when they said they would, for what they said they would, thank you , ps. they also got a very nice thank you card from them.
