Our realtor India Davis recommended Bobby and he has been wonderful to work with. He went out and did an evaluation of our roof and provided an honest assessment, he even did quick repairs while there. Then later connected a vent in our attic that was flagged on inspection. We recently worked with Bobby Binion from Deluxe and we couldn't be happier with our choice. He was incredibly kind and patient and worked his tail off to make sure we were happy with our roof replacement. He helped us navigate insurance issues and coordinate all the subs needed to complete our new roof project which included new gutters, wood repair and painting the water spots on our ceiling. I can't say enough great things about our experience with Deluxe Roofing and Construction! Michael Boyle was extremely attentive and always went a step above what was expected to take care of us. We had a very complicated claim from the May '23 hailstorm that included our roof, gutters, fencing, pergola cover, the pergola itself, landscape lighting, window screens, and garage doors. Chad and Michael helped me work with the insurance company to make sure everything was itemized correctly. Michael did a great job coordinating all of the work to be done. They took the extra time to inspect before and after the roof was completed to make sure they didn't puncture any a/c lines - which can be a costly mistake! I really appreciate everything they did to take care of us and make sure that we were happy with the work done. Thank you for everything!

Deluxe roofing is hands down your go to for roofing! I want to thank Bobby for making the process of getting our roof replaced, easy and painless. He stayed on top of the insurance company to make sure they handled the claim quickly and properly. The insurance adjuster had no idea what he was doing, and Bobby made sure to point out everything that he was missing on the initial inspection of our property. He was great in guiding us into what roof and gutter color combo to go with so much so some of my neighbors have copied us. We had a really really great experience with Cameron Stewart and the Deluxe Roofing team. We highly recommend them for all. Cameron was behind the job full time to make sure everything done correctly. Roof work was completed perfectly with the best quality, existing gutter protected very well. 2 New attic ventilators been established on garage roof, Wow.!- * Also, we really appreciate Mr. Chad and Cameron for fixing our AC problem within 3 hours. While roofing job was ongoing AC Freon pipe got nailed so AC was off. John Plutino went above and beyond to work with his team at Deluxe Roofing to have them work directly with my insurance company to cover my roof replacement. Previous roofing companies I contacted were not able to facilitate getting the roof covered via my insurance. John was very professional and stayed in direct contact with me throughout the entire process. He was present for the entire day my roof was replaced and followed up afterwards for any other concerns. Bobby came to our house on short notice to help us identify a leak after some heavy rain. He located the issue and helped us correct it right away and even found a couple of other items he was able to fix quickly to help us avoid future problems. He said our roof is in good shape and we should be good for a while. I feel like a less scrupulous person could have charged us an "arm-and-a-leg" for a quick fix, and maybe even tried to sell us a new roof. He did neither. We offered to compensate him for his time, but he declined since the work only took a few minutes. The next time we have a real roof problem, we have our roof guy! We're in NRH, so I like having someone with an office nearby. He was so kind, I can't recommend him enough.

I highly recommend Deluxe Roofing and Construction. They did a a full roof replacement for us and it looks great. We really appreciated Randy Short's professionalism. He made the process extremely easy for us all the way from his first visit through completion of the roof. He operated with integrity and delivered exactly the scope of work we were promised. He was easy to work with when we had to reschedule the start date. And I appreciate that he was always on time and oversaw every aspect of the project, even bringing in an electrician to rewire some exterior lights. We believe we got a high quality roof from this project. Kady Garrett helped us with the design choices and was equally professional. She brought a wide selection of options and walked us through each variation of shingle choices. Both Randy and Kady effectively communicated with us throughout the process. We will use Deluxe Roofing and Construction again for any future roofing needs.

Our home was severely damaged in a hailstorm earlier this year. Michael Boyle was in the neighborhood within hours of the storm and was busy covering skylights and offering his assistance. After the storm my insurance company came to take pictures and Michael worked with this person to make sure that all damage was documented. Unfortunately, my adjuster did not think the roof needed to be replaced after which Michael and Emily Doskocil jumped into action filing supplement after supplement until the insurance company paid for all damage caused by the hailstorm. Afterwards, Michael offered sound advice including upgrading to class 4 shingles which reduced my insurance premiums $900/year. The morning of the roof replacement Michael inspected all gas and AC lines in the attic to make sure they were not right up against the plywood. I am glad he did this because he found 2 instances where the gas line needed to be adjusted. After the roof work was completed, he re-inspected all gas and AC lines for nail punctures. None of the other companies that I am aware of did this before replacing the roof. Michael kept me informed throughout the entire process for the roof, gutters, fence, and screens.
