Just bought our house not too long ago and thought it would be a good idea to have the roof inspected. So we gave Hammerhead a call and they sent us Caleb. Caleb was absolutely professional. He communicated effectively that he may be running late, yet he was still able to make it at the original time. I thank him for being so considerate of my time. Once he got here he dove straight into his assessment of my roof... after approximately 15-20 min on the roof and around the grounds he was able to walk me through everything he had found. With what he found he was able to set me at ease to know that repairs much less a whole new roof was not necessary at this time. This company will be on the short list come the next time we here in North Texas may need a new roof.

Brian and his company Hammerhead Roof did an amazing job repairing my house, (roof replacement, fence repairs, exterior house painting) I highly recommend them for anyone thinking of using this company. After the extreme windstorm we had in March 2023 Brian helped me fight with State Farm to get my roof replaced and fence repaired. State Farm approved minimum repairs on my roof originally and Brian found that the singles that were installed on my roof were no longer manufactured and provided State Farm letters from the manufacture stating that the repairs State Farm wanted to do was against manufacture specifications. State Farm still refused to replace my roof, Brian continued to work with State Farm and me providing numerus letters from the manufacture and city building code stating that the work State Farm was wanting to do was not within building code and not warranted by the manufacture. After seven months going back and forth with State Farm Brian was able to get them to agree to replace my entire roof and make the required repairs to my fence. Brian when above and beyond and stuck with me for 7 months to help me get what was needed from State Farm in order to complete the repairs the right way.

Brian and his crew went above and beyond for us. He fought and never quit fighting to make sure the insurance paid for my rood and not me. Not only that but they helped take care of the damages inside caused my the faulty roof! It was a long process but we'll worth it! In 2018 we had our roof replaced with Hammerhead and could not have had a better experience. Fast forward to 2020, we were looking to purchase a new home. Before closing, Brian came out and looked at the roof of the new house and gave us his opinion on the shape of it. Recently we had a leak after a heavy downpour and Brian came back out to assess. We don’t need to new roof yet, but we will definitely be using Hammerhead when it is time. These folks are great!Our story: We had a two year fight with our insurance company and during that time the Hammerhead team was there checking on the tarps and making sure the roof didn't take further damage. When we finally reached a settlement with the insurance company, we called Hammerhead and the team sprang into action. Brian was very transparent about the entire process, timelines, and gave us the pros and cons of each option which was very helpful when you're on a tight budget. We also had some rotting wood trim replaced and the house re-painted and new gutters put up. So this was a multiple phase project. At each point Brian was there making sure we were satisfied with the work done so far and keeping us informed as to timelines, etc. When it was time for the roof to be done, the roofing crew arrived early and took great care to minimize potential damage and debris by surrounding the lower floor in tarps and netting. It took them 2 days since we have a pretty large home but once the work was complete, the crew cleaned up the area and it was like having a brand new house again! DO NOT USE THIS ROOFING BUSINESS!!Brian is one of the worst people to have to deal with!My business did 2 small jobs for Michael and Brian was to pay us. Well it was horrible going back and forth to get paid. Over a year after this man wants us to return for a warranty that was never in contract. He is now slandering our name because he has no contract and is going as far as making up lies because he doesn't get his way. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with someone who doesn't know what they are doing and is very unprofessional. Needs to hire others to fo the work because he has no clue! To top it off he's now harassing us! Just ridiculous!!
