I Have nothing but the greatest things to say about Curtis Ward, and Precision who handled our roofing project from start to finish. Curtis met with the insurance company and handled everything with them even meeting with the adjuster and inspector with same-day notice. This job flowed seamlessly. Curtis and his crew had our roof done in two days. Along with all new gutters and downspouts. We were out of town at the time this was done and Curtis would send us photos and videos daily of the progress even showing up after the gutters were done to take more photos and make sure everything was in place for us. Curtis’s attention to detail and his customer service is exceptional. I would recommend this company and Curtis Ward hands-down for any roofing project. You will not be disappointed with their customer service and quality of work.

What a wonderful experience with this company. Hands down by far one of the most on point service to ever expect. Curtis Ward is unexceptional with this entire project. The communication skill and photos of things that I did not understand was absolutely amazing. The entire project from start to finish was unbelievable. The cleanup was amazing. This company does a top notch job with top of the line materials. We had hail damage to the slate roof on our historical home. There is copper flashing and copper gutters. They took the stress out of dealing with the insurance company. It took lots of effort on Garrett's part to explain the difference of an installation of a shingle roof vs a slate roof to the insurance company. They have their own lawyers on standby to work on legality with the insurance company. We were told right up front it would take about 9 weeks to rip off the old roof and put on the new roof. Luckily they had two other crews working nearby that they came to our house and got the job done in about 3 and a half weeks. The crew worked from sun up to sun down in high humidity and heat. They worked on the weekends. Never seen workers with work ethic like they had. People around the area came to see this installation. I feel badly for our neighbors who didn't get the same quality of materials and workmanship. Many of them are now fighting with their contractors with roof leaks and improper installations. I'm so thankful we had Precsion Construction and Roofing. Every time I have a neighbor so frustrated over their repairs, I thank God again he guided Precision to us. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Garrett stops by or calls to check and see if we have any problems with any work they performed. He said he would be checking periodically and he does! This is a company that stands behind their products and workmanship.

We are so thankful we called Matthew Melrose at Precision Construction and Roofing when our roof was damaged by hail. At the time, we had no idea that we would end up in a lawsuit with State Farm, but Matthew guided us and was with us every step of the way. We put our complete trust in him and he did not disappoint! After a two year battle, we finally ended up winning and getting our roof and gutters replaced. Once the work started, everything happened as promised. They did a beautiful job and the crew was outstanding. We couldn't be happier. Curtis Ward did an excellent job! He reached out regarding the damage to our roof and worked directly with the insurance company to get the claim paid for after they initially refused to do so. He had to bring in an outside adjuster and took care of all the communication with the adjuster and the insurance company. The finished product looks amazing. My tile roof was destroyed in a hailstorm. The original tile was made in Italy and due to supply chain issues, sourcing the replacement tile from Italy was not an option. Fortunately, Precision has its own manufacturing facility and was able to replicate the original tile. The Precision Roofing Specialist that I worked with was Matt Melrose. Matt was a pleasure to work with..responsive and professional. The job was finished on time and on budget. I can wholeheartedly recommend Precision!

Can't say enough great things about this team that replaced our roof! Brett & Robert were wonderful to work with. They were both friendly, professional, efficient, responsive and made sure the job was done thoroughly in all aspects. Their communication was spot on, never leaving us waiting or chasing them for an answer. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers from start to finish. Just one example, the hammering on the roof broke off lots of foam installation in our attic that it looked like it snowed everywhere. Brett personally went in the attic & cleaned up all the debris. I have dealt with several roofing companies trying to get insurance to pay for a new roof. I ended up having to pay cash. Precision was with me through the process. I will say their communication and follow up was first class. They kept me abreast of the process and were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Not to mention the quality of their work was great. I would definitely use them again and refer to my friends.Update: Sep 29, 2022After strong showers last week I found a slight leak around vent. Precision had someone out the following day to repair the leak. Not only did they repair the leak, but also the minor ceiling damage it caused. Everything was done less than a week. In my 57 years of living, I have dealt with many contractors. I have never seen anyone guarantee their work with such outstanding customer service. You have gained a loyal customer. We will use them for any construction needs based solely on their credibility and customer service. This is a trait you rarely see these days!!

We have a metal roof, so we typically have several roofers interested in quoting us on a roof replacement after any storm. Our neighborhood was affected by the big tornado in Dallas, and of course we had several roofers come by. Brandon with Precision was the most polite and pleasant, and ultimately, was also one of the few who actually followed through in a timely manner with quotes and details. I'll be honest - we gave him a hard time with tons of questions, and he was endlessly patient and professional. When there was a supply issue with the exact replacement tiles for our roof, he worked it out with our insurance company to make sure we got an excellent alternative, and generally did all of the dealing with them after our initial adjuster meeting to make sure that we didn't have to worry about the financial side other than our deductible. His crew was surprisingly fast and very professional, and Brandon even matched a gallon of paint to do some touch-ups when he discovered that our replacement shutters, which had also blown off in the storm and needed to be replaced by his crew since our roof is so steep and slick, would leave a bit of discolored brick showing on the house. We really appreciate everything Brandon and Precision Construction & Roofing did to get our house back to looking great again.

Hurricane Ida ravaged Southern Louisiana in August of 2021 and damaged beyond repair the terracotta tile roof on our home in New Orleans. The roof was an important architectural element of our historic home. We feared it might never be properly restored. We interviewed representatives from several local and national roofing contractors, all of whom claimed to have special expertise in tile roof replacements. But after consulting with Brian Lemke of Precision Construction & Roofing, followed by his detailed site inspection and loss report for our insurance carrier, we chose Precision (PCR) for this major undertaking. Our experience with PCR, as well as those of several other homeowners in the city whom I know personally, have been uniformly positive from start to timely completion. I wish I could say the same about our insurance underwriter, but that is another subject entirely.PCR’s 50-year record of excellent performance nationwide has earned them a priority relationship with the prestigious Ludowici Roofing Company of Ohio. Last year was an extremely active storm season, one that overwhelmed suppliers and contractors alike. But with Brian Lemke’s personal attention to detail and expedited throughput of job orders, we obtained historic French-style replacement tiles from Ludowici, the company that installed our original roof in 1907, in less than four months. The installation itself involved removal and complete replacement of 4,200 square feet of roof assembly (40,000 pounds each of old/new tiles, copper flashing, mortar, underlayment, etc., down to the wood decking) and was extremely labor intensive. PCR’s crews only install terracotta and slate roofing and are highly efficient and courteous. Brian and his expert foremen personally supervised every phase of the work and addressed our every question or concern. PCR maintained an extremely clean, orderly worksite and protected our gardens, lawn, and home from damage. Final cleanup and inspection were flawless.I have only reviewed two other products/services online in the last ten years. Both previous reviews were equally detailed and objective, but both were negative, intended to warn others away. Assessing roofing contractors is difficult at any time, especially after a natural disaster like Ida. I hope visitors to this site find the above information forthright as well as informative. Honestly, I would award SIX STARS if possible to every phase of the work that Brian Lemke and PCR provided.

The first time my house got hail damage the company I hired did the roof and then took the money and ran with out fixing the rest of the damage. the second time I talked to Toby Duncan from Precision and couldn't have gotten a better job done! They are professional I need every aspect of the process from flying a drone over the roof to show us the damage to completing the copper gutters to our specifications. We contracted Precision in January 2017 to replace the roof on our house. David was a fantastic point of contact through the entire job. From working around the weather to keeping up communication with the insurance adjuster, David put us at ease and helped walk us through the process. He was very thorough and open with us, explaining in detail other items on the home that may have been damaged as well. He also gave excellent explanations of what repair steps we could take to meet both our budget and keep the house in good shape. We will definitely be calling on Precision for other jobs in the future!

I didn't have any work done by the company because the sales guy that came to inspect my roof in McKinney, Toby Duncan was honest and told me that I didn't have any damage from the storm. I had others come out before Toby and was told I did have damage. I really appreciate the integrity shown by Toby which reflects well on his company. When I do need a new roof I will be giving Toby a call.
