We are very happy with the end results delivered by RKG for the full roof replacement, the fence staining, gutter replacement and the window's screens replacement after the damages from a bad hail storm in May.Andrew from RKG was very professional and very helpful through out the contracting process. For example, helping us to negotiate and worked with our insurance for a better agreement, keeping us well informed of all the works' schedules and deliveries, etc. He monitored the works of different working crews during the works in progress and provided the final QA inspections once each of the replacement tasks completed.It's a kind of great satisfaction and happy feeling for us at the end of the projects provided by RKG Roofing & Construction and we'd not hesitate to recommend their professional services to other family members & friends. The RKG team let me know step by step what they were doing. They were professional and finished the job in one day. The gutters are perfect, including the color with full leaf covers. The roof is beautiful. I had problems with the older wood planking on the roof, and they fixed every issue. Chris was awesome!! Had our roof replaced and other items redone after a storm. The front shutters on our windows were not put on right, and when I called our contact, he said he would get someone out. Finally, he texted and said he is not longer with RKG and when I called the company's location, I never could get a call back. They are good at taking items off, but not putting them back correctly or fixing them.

RKG did a great and fast job, very professional crew that redid our roof and the gentleman who repainted our fence was awesome. Only issue was the gutter repair crew, showed up at 9:30 at night to replace our gutters, no notice on this. I would recommend RKG for any roof repairs or replacement work!

I’ve had my roof, my Chimney and my ceiling done by this company and they have done an outstanding job. They bent backwards to get me to pay as little as I possibly can.They’re an excellent company that I would highly recommend if anyone needing roof work done and if I ever need to I'd take these guys back in a heartbeat. I contacted chris on Thursday, took 3 missed calls to finally call me back and said he'd call me back later after he figured out his kids games. Never called me back. Friday afternoon i called again a few times no answer. A few hours later i had to text him for a reply and finally i got a call and a confirming text for 1-1:30 today. Have not gotten an ETA call, have not gotten any sign of them coming or any interest in the job. Will change review if they show up but as of right now it's not looking promisingEDIT: changed from 1 to 4 stars. Jeff came out and checked the roof. He apologized for miscommunication, and showed me what's going on up there. Really nice guy and appreciate his honesty

Hugh shoutout to Chris Baccus with RKG Roofing and Construction. He lives in my neighborhood. He drove by my house today on his way out and saw that the wind storm did a number on my roof. Just being a friendly neighbor he offered to tarp the places that were exposing open decking to keep the water and coming snow out. Then he proceeded to pick up all of the shingles in my yard. He so kindly did this without asking for anything in return so if you need a roofer or contractor I strongly suggest you use him. His buisness ethics are above and beyond. Thank you again sir!

Chelsea Sanchez did an amazing job by guiding us through replacing our roof as well as gutters, window screens, and pressure washing our fence. We had a higher than normal deductible to cover. We were blessed to be able to cover the deductible, but they did have financing options available of we couldn't cover the $7000 plus deductible.They have a great group that are prompt and respectful of your property. We are grateful for all the assistance with getting our new roof. We now have a peace of mind that we won't have leaks! Thank you Chelsea for guiding and fighting for us! The open communication was seriously appreciated through what is normally a stressful situation. Chelsea made everything so simple.They seriously do amazing work. Plus the roof was completed in 1 day. That includes taking off old roof and put the new roof on.
