Terry and his crew came out to fix our roof which had to be repaired due to foundation repairs. I wish I could give them better than five stars. Terry was honest, and personable and made the whole process pleasing. It was like sitting down to talk to an old friend! I called on Thursday evening and they were here on Saturday morning to fix the repairs before the freezing weather hit. I cannot recommend this company enough! Call them for all your roofing needs!

August 2022 - Roof leak during heavy rains. Terry came out again, found two leaks (one I did not know about), and fixed it all in the same day for a very reasonable price. I am so grateful to have someone I can depend on for small roof repairs without heavy pressure for full replacement of my middle-aged roof. Of course, it follows that I will trust Roofing Solutions of Texas for replacement when that time comes.May 2022 - Small roof repair - Terry gave me a verbal quote on the spot. Other companies took ages to come out and then took several more days to issue a quote. I always prefer to get things in writing, but since money was not required until the work was done, I had no concerns. Water runoff had to be redesigned, and Terry took the time to fully explain my options. Terry was my primary contact throughout the process of getting a new roof after a heavy hailstorm and he was excellent to work with. Terry was transparent about every step of the process, took the time to make sure I understood the different options, and made sure everything was done right.There can be a negative reputation of the roofing industry because of “roofers” that appear at your door after a hail storms and I definitely encountered several “roofers” who were just looking to cut corners or use cheap materials. The difference was immediately clear when I first met with Terry during the inspection/meeting and the completed work speaks for itself. My new roof looks excellent and I couldn’t be happier! Roofing Solutions of Texas responded promptly to my inquiry and was able to set an inspection appointment time that worked with my schedule. They kept me apprised of their schedule and arrived timely. Terry listened to the concerns that I had about my roof and then thoroughly evaluated the situation. He took pictures of the roof damage and was able to show me and explain why I was having a problem and what he would do to fix it.The repair work itself was scheduled and completed for the estimated price. Overall I was very pleased with Roofing Solutions of Texas. I will use them again in the future if I have a need. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Roofing Solutions of Texas for several years now on multiple properties. They have always shown up on time, done a very professional job, and have always taken the time to answer any questions that I had. Their rates are very competitive, and often were the lowest of any of the top roofing companies that I called for an estimate. They were able to complete many tasks other than just re-roofing our structures, from installing new gutters and downspouts, replacing/reflashing all vent pipes, to installing ridge vents and cooling fans for additional attic ventilation. The representative I always dealt with was a gentlemen named Bill Brooks, and I was very impressed with his friendly demeanor, knowledge, promptness, and professionalism. I would highly recommend Bill, as well as Roofing Solutions of Texas, for any roof related job that you have. You will not be disappointed.

Terry Jackson and the crew at Roofing Solutions of Texas were top notch. They reviewed my insurance claim, and working directly with my insurance agent to ensure a fair and reasonable insurance claim. We were even able to upgrade our shingles for minimal cost out of pocket in order to save on our insurance for the home. The crew had the work done quickly and professionally, including paint matching all drip edge, and gutters. When they were done, the filed a Class4 certificate with my insurance company to get my insurance discount. We would use them again without hesitation.

Although I never have shared feedback for any companies before, Roofing Solutions of Texas needs to be recognized for doing an excellent job. Many roofers come to your house for a free inspection with the intent to have you sign there form. Terry Jackson came by house with the spirit of genuine help. He answered my many questions, and as I am not one to act immediately, let me know he was available if I had additional questions. When I followed back up with him I inquired about upgrading my attic vents to solar and wind turbines. He provided the prices that were extremely reasonable, then setup the date that when the work would be done. Advising that the shingles would be delivered in the morning of the day of the job, that the crew would arrive at 7:30, and there would be a project manager on site.A few days later the work began, just as promised the job was seamless, project manager phenomenal, and they even put me in touch with a gutter company to install gutters on the side of my house that was experiencing erosion for a great price.If you need a roofing company that you can trust, rely on, and that has been in business for many years Roofing Solutions of Texas should be your first call.

Just had a porch roof repair done the right way on Sat morning at about 15% of another estimate. Terry gave us a detailed estimate with a 2 year leak warranty. Its raining now and the porch is dry. A very reputable company to work with and they will be my first call for any new roofing work

I hired this company to replace my roof. Terry (partner in the company) worked with me on the pricing and schedule and was a pleasure to work with. They gave me a competitive quote. They worked with me on the schedule, and got the roof replaced in a single day. They had to take care of a few lingering items (replacing a couple of roof vent caps) and they came back the next day to fix all the remaining niggles. I am very happy with this company, and would definitely recommend them to any and all of my friends and family without any hesitation. I hired them based on the high ratings they have on Angie's list and Google reviews, and I can see that they fully deserve those reviews. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

We were impressed with Bill's experience, knowledge, and a approach to our roofing problem. We have a 40 year old tile roof that needed repair and was improperly altered during a room addition from the previous owner. We also had squirrels that kept sneaking into our attic from some loose tiles.Bill and his team fixed the roof, so the addition didn't leak, fixed the tiles so squirrels don't get in, came out within 10 days, and did exceptional quality work for a fair price. AND we have a 2 year warranty on the work! Highly recommended.

You can rate a company best by how they perform AFTER the check has been written. My roof was completed in September 2015. So today, six months after my roof was completed, I had a leak. I text Bill and he was at my house within an hour, and up on the roof in the rain. To be absolutely clear, the leak was a result of me not maintaining a window sill and its poor construction.Bill instructed me how to properly fix, and provided some sealant to use after I reframe the window. He said he could get it done but I elected to complete myself. Here's the best part; Bill looked me in eye, shook my hand, and said "if we do your roof, we stand behind it". He has proven that to me.Just like the rest of these reviews, I received a quality job, completed on the day as promised, and at a very competitive price(my roof was not an insurance claim). I also got assurance and proof they will stand behind their work, even after they have been paid. I'd recommend TX Roofing Solutions without hesitation.

We called them for a quote to repair 2 roof leaks. Other companies were only interested in doing full roof replacements, not doing any sort of repair work. Roofing Solutions came out and gave us a fair price to do the repair as well as improving the underlayment that should help prevent the issue in the future.I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement.

During installation one of our HVAC lines was damaged, but Bill reached out to an HVAC contractor for us and paid for everything to get it working.I could not be more satisfied with the product and service Roofing Solutions of Texas provided. This company came highly recommend by a friend of mine and so I met with them and 2 other roofing companies. Ultimately I chose to go with this company because of the consultive approach Bill takes with the project. I not only needed a new roof, but gutters, fence repair, among other things. Bill confidently accepted the challege as he is also a general contractor. He even coached me through and met again with a second adjuster when we felt some more things should have been paid for. I called Roofing Solutions to come and inspect my roof, after several other companies said how bad my roof was due to the storms. Bill came out and inspected my roof and said only a portion has some damage but the rest is good. he as kept me on his list and checks after big storms that come through. We used Roofing Solutions of Texas to replace our roof after the Spring hail storms. Not surprisingly our assigned contractor, Terry, and the company were well versed in insurance covered repairs/replacements. Terry did a great job explaining the process, our options and even came up with effective solutions for a couple trouble spots.Overall we are very happy with our decision to use RST. They did a great job on the roof and delivered on their promises.The criticisms we have are small but were a bit of a disappointment. A hand full of cigarette butts were discarded in our yard, a couple of our young plants were crushed by materials being thrown down, some how sections of our lawn were killed and good size areas of paint were peeled from the fascia which now need repainting.

I have been using Roofing Solutions of Texas for the last 7 years, which is to say for the last 2 houses at closing and 3 major hail storms that have hit my home. They do a great job of the roof, always explain what is being done and why, and will come back to make corrections and adjustments in the rare instance when the invoice is not matched by the work (ie type/size of new roof vent). I plan on staying with this company for many more years, and I cannot say that about most companies.

The wind storm came through and I immediately called Roofing Solutions. This is the 3rd time that the guys came out to repair the missing and loose shingles caused by different storms over the last few years. I don't have enough damage to need a new roof yet. Terry and Josh are always fair with the list of repairs and haven't wasted my time or the insurance adjuster's time trying to get a new roof. Victor spent over an hour replacing and repairing the shingles. And, although the new shingles stand out because they haven't been weathered yet, the same color shingles were used. He also caulked around the pipe jacks and the roof vents at no extra cost. I'm very happy with Roofing Solutions of Texas and, whether I need more repairs or a new roof, I will be calling them again.

We have a very tricky leak in a flat roof on the 4th floor of our town home. Over the past year, I've had several top-rated companies come out to take a look. Because the companies are busy due to recent rains, and because it's a very small roof, and very high up, most of the companies seem to be sending their "B" team salesmen who aren't experienced. A few of the companies even said they're no longer installing flat roofs. But Bill from Roofing Solutions came out today and for the first time in two years, I have confidence that a company can solve this problem. He returned my call this morning and within 6 hours was up on the roof water testing and inspecting. Bill came across as very intelligent, knowledgeable, and really seemed to care about solving the problem for once and for all, despite the height and space challenges. Joe and his crew (Victor) were quick to respond to my request… and did more than they promised. They performed a roof tune up and replaced 6 boot jacks that had failed over the years. Price was fair and absloutely high value for dollar. They also patched an area in my siding that had a small critter hole with flash and caulked another part on my chimney.
