Simplicity Roofing on Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills did an outstanding job on my new roof. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Everyone there was very customer service oriented, went way beyond my expectations, explained everything they were doing, told me about a lot of options I had to consider that I didn’t know about. They contacted my insurance company and told them what they would be doing, much better than I could have done. I had to get new decking, decided on a Class 4 roof & the roof color they suggested was a better than I had chosen. I would definitely use them again. A+ & 10 on businesses in town!!

Please be warned and look for a different roofing company. The entire process was awful with them. We finally got the new roof a couple of years ago but had to keep calling them out because of the poor work they did. Our roof immediately started leaking, they came out and caulked the area while it was pouring down rain. I could never get them to follow up. Now we have 2 leaks and our ceiling now has water damage. Our roof is still under warranty. My calls keep being forwarded and I cannot get any follow up. I assume they will keep ignoring me in hope I file another insurance claim and they will not be out any money.Edited: They repaired the issues and the roof is not leaking. Cosmetically, the repair does not look great but it doesn't leak. They repaired our ceiling that was damaged as well.

David went over the entire process step by step made sure we understood what would be done, the materials that would be used, the insurance process, everything. We felt very comfortable when he finished.Then really worked with our insurance company to ensure they would civer all that needed to be done and the materials. DJ, Curtis, and Ian were all professional, and responsive. They handled everything with the insurance, and were always a phone call or text away if I had any questions. Ian was able to get the insurance to approve the roof replacement where all other roofers had failed. DJ worked with us to make sure we were happy with our choices, and took care of any insurance issues that arose, and was able to get them to approve a few supplements, and Curtis over saw the the project to make sure everything got done correctly. They did run into a few minor issues with the install which put them behind schedule and caused them to have to come back the following morning to finish up the roof, but other than that there were no issues.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection

Storms blew through the the DFW aera with 80+ mph winds. We didn't have to much damage however did remove good number of shingles. I needed some help fast as the next storms were coming in a few days. Didn't have anyone in mind, just so happened A Guy stop by and ask if I had someone in mind, told him that I did,,he said good but if it didn't work out give him a call. Well it didn't work out, so gave DJ with Simplicity Roofing a call in less than 8 hours we had a plan next day got a call from the installer Curtis . He told me when he would stop by to verify what we were looking at and what would be needed. About two hours later job completed. DJ and Curtis walked and talked me through every single thing about the job. Best customer service I have had with a contractor hands down! I called them to give me an estimate on my roof from storm damage and they came over the same day. I had the estimate the next day in my email. When Jeremy came out he was top notch. When he came over to check it out he saw things that I didn't even see! I had a great experience with Simplicity Roofing. LeAnna was informative, thorough, and very knowledgeable. She guided me through the whole process from start to finish. I appreciated that she supervised the install and made sure everything was done correctly and all nails were cleaned up properly. Walked up to my door told me they were doing free roof inspections with a drone. I let them do this. They come back and show me a bunch of pictures of my roof telling me that I could probably get it replaced with my insurance. They file the claim for me. Insurance denies the claim. This was my first time getting any type of roof work done, so it was all really new to me and at first kind of frustrating. I was referred to simplicity and I’m soooooo glad that happened, it really alleviated those frustrations. Paula was my contractor and I feel super lucky because she was well equipped with knowledge and informative, especially when it came to handling the insurance company and getting them in line with getting my roof replaced. It was an uphill battle but she really helped make it happen. I can’t say enough good stuff about this company, their professionalism and speed of getting the job done was outstanding. I was EXTREMELY impressed and would recommend them and especially her to anyone else.
