Absolutely the BEST team I've ever worked with. After a hail storm I contacted Cole. He was at my door within 45 minutes! He did a complete and thorough inspection of my roof and did find significant damage. I then filed a claim with my insurance. After months and months of fighting with the insurance and with Cole's help, my new roof was finally approved. I can honestly say that it would've never been approved without Cole's help. Cole is awesome! He's my new roof guy. We were recommended to him by a top realtor in our area. He did the roof inspection for us and responded very quickly to help us close on time. He also went above and beyond in helping me write up a form for home insurance giving his opinion on the roof age, since the previous owner did not have roof age. He was able to come out the same day of the storm to inspect for damage and cover any areas that may have potentially leaked.I ended up using Total Roof Protection to replace the roof and the process was stress-free. As of 09/09/2019, I have written over 40 Google reviews. Among those reviews, this is one of them that I feel most strongly about. Finding a contractor who does excellent work, reliably does what they say they'll do, AND provides consistently responsive customer service is increasingly difficult these days. Cole Newton of Total Roof Protection is one of those rare finds. I've also appreciated his honesty. He has inspected the roofs of two separate houses for me. Both of them shortly after hailstorms. One of them only needed a small, cheap repair. The other was a full roof replacement. He helped make dealing with the insurance company on the roof replacement very easy. If I need help with a house roof again in the future, I feel confident I will need to make only one call........to Total Roof Protection.

Had a great experience replacing my roof with Total Roof Protection. They came out quickly and gave me great industry insight in what to expect. When my insurance adjuster came out they came back and walked through the damage with the adjuster. They worked with me on payment knowing how long it takes to get the check from insurance. Total Roof Protection truly has you covered (pun intended) in every way. From the initial call I made to JC for inspection, all the way thru project completion, Total Roof Protection makes the process so smooth and seamless. Most of all, as an owner needing repair from hail damage, I did not have to lift a single finger as everything was handled for me. I was lucky to be able to work with JC who was extremely great at communication and making sure that everything around my house was taken care of. JC made sure that my insurance was able to cover a full roof replacement, full gutter replacement and cleaning and re-staining of the fence around my house, and even meet with the inspector from my insurance to ensure everything was documented. In a matter of weeks, JC and the entire team at Total Roof Protection took care of everything around my house and left it looking 10 times better than it did before the work. Because of their amazing warranty, I was able to get an even better quality of roof than I had before the hail damage. We used David Turner as our "point man" aka General Contractor with Total Roof Protection when we filed a claim with Allstate for a total roof repair, gutter install/ repair, siding repair, and painting, etc. But he didn't just do the outside of the house! We had leak spots in our kitchen, dining area, living room, entryway, and a bedroom. He was highly involved with the pictures and recommendations to Allstate so we could include that in our claim.David showed up when Allstate did, he followed through with the Allstate agents each time - I rarely had to do anything other than answer Allstate's calls to confirm something. David and Total Roof Protection handled the rest. I believe Allstate approved our whole claim (indoor and outdoor) the first time around because David knows his stuff. He handled his crew well and addressed any questions or concerns I had with politeness and patience (I had a lot - first time homeowner and a first time insurance claim, I was a nervous wreck!). We had multiple leaks in our roof but were denied our insurance claim and couldn't get our roof replaced. We contacted several different companies in hopes that someone could help us repair the problem areas, but it seemed like no one was interested in doing patch jobs. We needed an emergency repair for a dryer vent blown off by high winds that left a hole in our roof. Josh and team fixed the issue with a new and improved vent within a 24 hour period.
