It was great that I could get my vents cleaned and then have them clean my carpets right after! I had some crazy OIL stains in my living room AND black eye liner pencil that my dog chewed up and then it go rubbed into the carpet. Both those got taken up!! I was VERY satisfied with my services!

My sweet dog got deathly ill at 1 am this morning on my neutral blend white carpet in my bedroom. I did the best I could getting it up but the odor was awful. I called Advanced as soon as I could this morning. They were awesome, worked me in on emergency basis and got here within one hour. Brian did an excellent job and double checked everything before leaving. I have used them for 40 years and will always use them. Terrific group of people, terrific response and terrific result. Stain and odor appear to be gone but their policy is call us back if there is a problem of any kind with anything. Thank you!!!!!!Services: Carpet steam cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

I don’t normally write reviews for products or services, but Advance Cleaning did such an amazing job on my off-white area rug, I felt I absolutely had to!!I am VERY pleased with, not only the work they did, but with the wonderful customer service I was given. Mel and her husband (I’m sorry, I didn’t get his name) were very friendly and personable. They did what they said they would do - actually exceeded my expectations - and did it in the timeframe to which they committed.Because of my skepticism when I read rave reviews, I feel It necessary to say that I don’t know these people personally, had never heard anything (good or bad) from anyone I know about the business or anyone that works there and am in no way affiliated with the business or anyone in their employ. I am just that impressed!!The last time I had my rug cleaned, I had the “other carpet cleaning place ” in town do it, and I honestly believe they didn’t do anything to it. They promised to have it done in four days and it took four weeks! I believe they forgot about it then misplaced it and just gave it back to me when they finally found it. I think they may have vacuumed it and that’s it. Needless to say, I have found where I will be taking it from now on! Thank you Advance Cleaning!!!

Great Same-day service! I was moving out and realized the carpet in my living room needed cleaning after removing the furniture. I only had one day to get everything out of the house so I was in desperate need of cleaning THAT day. I called them at 11:30am and they had a crew at my house at 2:00pm. The guys who came out were friendly, courteous and even helped my son move furniture out of his room. I highly recommend Advance Cleaning!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Advance Cleaning. I had an antique rug, containing silk, which had some pet urine stains. They were able to completely clean the rug, leaving no discoloration or lingering odors. They did an excellent job, returning the rug to me in pristine condition. The very best of experiences with our home after fire damage in Wink when they cleaned our clothes and furniture plus the carpets and walls before we returned to the house.
