Very knowledgeable tech! Al explained his inspection and was very detailed in his explanation. He made me very comfortable with his knowledge. He explained our options and got us going very quick! This was our first time as we haven't been very happy with other services. We definitely will be using HVAC Experts for our next Commercial Service call!! They did an awesome job! From the very first phone call, they were very helpful in getting us a technician asap to assess what was wrong with our unit. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix but they were helpful every step of the way. The technicians were very respectful of us and our home. Highly recommend!

Cory was absolutely wonderful! Very respectful and honest. He took his time and made sure everything was correct and working before leaving. From the lady that answered the phone to the texts telling me when the tech was on his way. He was even early! They do not charge by the hour, yet Cory took his time and didn’t rush. We used our Home Warranty service, and they were great working with us to get the information to our Home Warranty company so that everyone could be paid promptly. Will use this company again! Nothing but a bunch of sells men. Tried to Hit with hidden fees 2 days after the job was done. Didn't bother telling me about the bill i would be receiving into on top of the bill we agreed on. Sent photo of finished work to my teenage nephew who doesn't even live there was just over that day.Instead of me the home owner purchaser.I still haven't seen them. Took my old unit without asking and not even offering a core charge on it. Even auto zone gives a $50 core on a $100 starter. They took a 10k piece of equipment.When i asked for it back i was told they would bring it the next working day. It's going on 2 weeks and i haven't seen them yet. Left trash in my yard and driveway. Overall experience was poor.

Chris Fischer came out and gave us an estimate on a whole new ac unit, furnace and new ducting. He took several measurements and gave us several options with pricing. Luis Castillo came out and did the work. He is efficient, works cleanly and takes pride in his work.

We recently bought our house & the unit was EXTREMELY old. Chris came out to give us a quote for a brand new ac unit & furnace. He made the process run so smooth. He was so professional & shared updates with us throughout the whole process. Luis did our install & was very efficient with his work. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Mike came back for the inspection & was very professional & friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this entire team. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable in their field, very punctual, professional, & paid attention to small details. The unit works great & we have actually seen a huge decrease in our electric bill since. Very happy with the whole experience..10 out of 10 !!!
