Going through JD Bohannon was a great experience! I was able to get a quote the same day I called, at a time that worked best for me. When Mr. John arrived, he was on schedule. He took the time to scope all our concerns with our home and took the time to listen at all ideas and possible projects. He was very knowledgeable and honest with his feedback and mentioned with the budget we were working with and all the work we wanted to do for the area we live in we may not recoup that money back if we ever sell the house but if we wanted to, we could move forward and they could put us in their books but it may just be better for us to relocate and get something that would accommodate our family size. Also, I was very grateful to have him fix a door that wouldn’t lock, and he took care of it right on the spot! John came by to give us a quote on removing a load bearing wall and early next week came with his crew and got it done in a single day. I have never reviewed anything on Google before. I was so pleased with the work that John had done that I am leaving one here. I had a very tight deadline for some work that needed to be done and John was able to work with his team to get the work completed. John was very courteous and completed the work for the agreed upon price and on time. Despite there being certain factors that made the job a bit more difficult, John was able to complete the job with what I would consider to be excellent workmanship. I would definitely hire John again and would recommend him to friends and family.

My husband and I picked JD Bohannon due to his great google reviews. Initially things were fabulous as he was able to come out and look at our projects to give us an estimate. He arrived timely and was friendly and knowledgeable! He told us that he would have our estimate ready in a 'few days'. We waited a week after not hearing from him to reach out to him to see if we could get the estimate. At that time he told us he would have the estimate ready for us by the end of the next day. We waited an additional 3 more days before we reached out to him again; he apologized said he is super busy and would get us the estimate as soon as he could. Meanwhile it has now been 2 weeks since we met with him and have yet to get an estimate from him. We are disappointed in the customer service as we are eager to set a date to get our house remodeled! We know our area keeps contractors busy but it is not an excuse for poor customer service and just honesty and realism. If it is going to take several weeks to get an estimate proposal don't say it is going to take a few days and keep stream lining us along waiting our time.

JD Bohannon has done extensive remodeling for me on several different occasions and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. He did a complete remodel on my bathroom, water heater closet, complete hall (floor, walls, & textured the ceiling) plus textured my kitchen walls and ceiling and replaced 7 old doors (and added new door knobs and hinges) and installed a completely new door as well. He replaced tiles on the outside of my house. He painted the trim around the roof plus painted all the interior rooms in my house. The man does great work and you can trust him in your house. Using them again expert carpenter work as well as drywall repair. Installed vinyl plank floor and used floor leveler. Other contractor did not and you can see defects, also hangs doors expertly. Cleaned up job and did not leave any paint residue.Service: Remodeling
