Jeff Matta as a salesman has a good knowledge on what he is doing on giving good advice and explaining things but when I drove on the back of the building to pick the parts the old man Daniel said that I have to wait in the truck when I have the paperwork on hand, just waste of time for just little things you have to wait in the truck while the other person has a major load.

Hailstorm took out the metal shop skylights, I searched and searched and finally found they were R-Panel and only found them at Mueller, none to be had at any where else. Mueller in Odessa was happy to sell me the fiberglass R-Panels even though I was a small fry customer. Friendly on the phone and friendly helping me get what I needed.I Will happily do business with again even if it costs me more than the big box stores.

The worst service I have received in a very long time. They made mistakes on my order several times then made us wait several weeks to receive the correct material only to come up short.All this and you pay top dollar and the material is not great.Never again.

Called several times and left voice messages. I called Sweetwater Steel the same day and they answered the phone and delivered 9 roll up doors 7 days later. 9 days later I received a phone call back from Mueller! That was a sale they missed!

I spent $1800 cash on a metal roof. I went back the next day when I realized I didn't purchase the screws. I bought 2 bags of screws from them and they was not correct for the metal so I went the next day to return them. I was informed that they would not take the bag I open ( which was understandable) but the other bag they would not refund because I paid cash and they had to mail a check. This is crazy and I paid cash. And they refused refund $19 cash after I spent $1850 cash at there warehouse
