We needed some simple repairs done. They came out and gave a repair estimate. The rates were reasonable. They scheduled the job but due to some cancellations they were able to work me in the very next day. Their crew came out and did the job very efficiently. They sent before and after pictures, and then provided an invoice for payment. In short they did excellent business! Will definitely work with them in the future!!

Allen was great to work with. He was very professional and prompt.The work his team did was pretty good and I was very satisfied with it. The price we discussed was fair.The reason for the lower rating is once he informed us the job was complete we paid the agreed price but noticed several things were not completed.Once we informed Allen of the discrepancies, he said he would not be able to get his team out till the day after Christmas. This was understandable, and we would be out of the property by then.On the afternoon of Dec 26th, I asked if his team had completed the issues, and he stated that they had. I looked at our security system, and there had been no activity.Once I pointed this out to him, he stopped responding to my messages. I have not received a response in more than 24 hours.I would use his team again but would not pay until the job is complete.Pictures are of items we found after his team finished cleaning and touch up paint.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up looking to remodel or fix anything on your roof DO NOT call permian roofing they are the most irresponsible contractor I’ve ever came across. Apart from them not showing up on time, or at all sometimes, they have the most horrible workmanship you could imagine. The pictures are just the electrical issues there was plenty more.

Amazing job! I’ve had other people come look at my skylight before to see why it would leak water in to my kitchen when it rained or snow melted.. Everyone would just tell me to use a type of sealant used for RV’s or worst charge me a lot for them to “seal it up”. I’m a disabled veteran so it’s not like I can keep climbing ladders to seal it up every time it leaked. When I called Permian Roofing he explained exactly what the problem was. They fixed everything in a timely manner. Professional and friendly workers. I definitely recommend Permian Roofing LLC.
