After a hail storm, the sales guy Matt came by and made promises of all the damages that would be fixed and covered. All damages were not fixed as promised, and they had to send a crew back twice, once to finish painting, and again for a leak around the fireplace that was not there before. Everything was supposed to be covered by/through insurance which was not. While waiting for insurance check, I was threatened with legal actions for payment. This is very unprofessional and just an example of poor customer service. The sales guy was never to be seen again before, during, or after the process. The company sent other workers to retrieve the payments that had no idea what was owed or anything about the job. Would not recommend!!

Matthew Savis @ Proclaim was excellent throughout the whole process. He took care of everything start to finish. He was on the job site during and after installation. Even had them replace a trim piece that I didnt even notice anything wrong with, but he insisted on making sure it was right. Definitely recommend Proclaim Roofing and Matthew Savis.

Called and left several messages at the Plano office and talked to the same lady. I'm in Odessa, TX and not 1 message she sent to all the guys here was returned. Not 1 guy with Proclaim Roofing ever called me back. This went on for 2 weeks. Terrible way to do potential customer. Unprofessional...

Trevor recently helped me with my roof replacement due to a recent hail storm. He met with my insurance which helped maximize my claim and minimize my out of pocket costs. I would highly recommend Trevor Beck and would do business with him again in the future!!
