Brian Wagner was initially really responsive. Came out, examined our emergency roof issue, said he could handle the framing issue in addition to the roofing issue (saving us time getting another company out there), and gave us an official bid on our project. Time sensitive issue as damage was impacting the rest of the house. Delays meant potentially $10,000 in damages. He said no problem, he could handle it. Said he would start quickly on Friday (so we stopped looking for other contractors). He was fairly acting texting us back to communicate.Friday came and went, no response. He ghosted us. Couldn't get a hold of him, wouldn't return calls. My husband, my mother in law, and myself all called the office several times over the course of three weeks trying to get someone, ANYONE from the company to come out and complete the job. The front desk lady sounded bewildered and said she couldn't get a hold of Brian. She said she would contact the owner (James Wagner) of the company. The owner, a relative of Brian supposedly, never returned our call or our Facebook message. Wagner Roofing is trash and extremely unreliable. The owner, as well as Brian Wagner, lack character and ethics. The company/owner won't even own up for their employee/family member and make the situation right. A returned call from either the owner (James Wagner) or Brian Wagner with an apology and a cancellation of the bid/job was never made. Poor form, awful company. Avoid at all costs.

Wagner "fixed" my mom's roof about a year ago. She has had issues with shingles blowing off since the "work" was done. Now they will not return her phone calls or stand by their work. They gave her a warranty for labor and materials, yet charged her to come back out and do nothing. Her ceiling is about to fall in because of the leaks she paid them to "fix". With all the homes needing new roofs after the recent storms, it's a shame this is the message you are sending out.

Best roofing company in Odessa. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood the answers. Prompt, professional and gave me a GREAT price. Will absolutely use them for all roofing repair and replacements.

Terrible service!! This "company" was supposed to start work on a house I was selling on a Saturday. They never showed and there was no phone call. Finally, someone answered the phone TWO DAYS LATER and they explained they had a car accident in one of their company vehicles, so I said I understood and let them have another chance. They promised to get the job done the next day, but.....guess what??? NO WORKERS AGAIN!! AND NO PHONE CALL! Now, I've had to postpone my closing date on this house, which means another month's payment! Nothing but headache and VERY unprofessional!

Would not recommend this company to anyone !! They were a no call no show twice when we were waiting for samples , also a no call no show day of the roof being repaired ,we had to call them to see why they never showed & when they finally came (next day) their crew broke a window and we continued to call them so they can replace the window and we were given the run around . It's been 3 months are our window is still broken !! Not to mention roof still has dips in it
