We got Spartin to rebuild all the items around our house and property after a horrible hail storm hit our home. Not only did they make us feel like we were their only priority but they didn’t mess around. They walked us though everything and if we had any concerns Harvey himself would make it his personal mission to make sure we got everything we needed when we needed it. Spartan came through in a time of need. Directly after hurricane Ida, they were in our area assisting with repairs and clean up. I had several companies quote my roof replacement. Spartan was the only company able to provide straight forward pricing to do the job. Upon completion clean up was completed and I had no issues with the job. We had 3 estimates on our roof, we chose Spartan Roofing. Best decision we made for our home! Donnie is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process. We had a few issues with the roof and code, Harvey and Donnie came up with a plan to keep it up to code and give us what we were happy about. Hello,I will try and keep this short but could easily go on for paragraphs about all the good experiences I have had personally with Spartan Construction and Harvey. First let me start off by mentioning all the good qualities of Harvey and how he runs his company. The man flat out stands by his word, if he tells you he is going to do something he does it. He is trustworthy and wont cut corners when working on your house. He uses the best materials and does things the correct way even if requires more time or effort as he treats every house as if its his own. The man is not just punctual, Harvey prides himself on always showing up on time but in reality even earlier then what be says.I have personally had Harvey replace 7+ roofs for me over the years and have been very please each and every time. Each time has found issues from the previous roofer used by previous owners and has pointed out and shown those to me and explain what he was going to do to correct the issue and bring the roof up to code. He takes the time to explain things well and respects his customers as they're his own family. I never seen a contractor care so much about others and their home. He is always accessible, I called him once at 10pm with a question and he picked up the phone, who does that? Someone that cares and values his customers. That person is HARVEY. He has built a family business, with the most amazing people, I love interacting with his sons when they are working on my house, great men with great personalities that flat out work hard. Donnie, Jon, Josh and Nephew are a pleasure to be around. Ive had other contractors over the yrs and felt uncomfortable around their employees and sometimes didn't feel safe. I love working with Harvey and his family on all my roof jobs.The most important part of your home is your roof, please don't use a bad contractor and cause stress and poor repairs to your house when you can use a respectful trustworthy company such as Spartan Roofing. I will ONLY use Spartan for all my roofing needs!Thank you Harvey for all you have done for me and my family by taking care of all my roof issues with love and care. I would highly recommend Spartan construction and roofing. Have used them 3 times in past years. They have always helped me from inspection, insurance, job, and clean up afterwards. I have always been very satisfied. First time I use them was to replace old roof. Second time I use them was after a baseball size hail storm. They came out and placed tarp on roof. They also put temporary patches on vinyl after the inspection. The team replaced my roof with upgraded shingles and replaced all vinyl's within one week of the day I called them. They cleaned up so well you would never have known they were there. They had done such a good job on their first two jobs that I called him back again. I had them build me a large covered front porch. The roof was metal and look great.they also painted the porch. I would call Spartan back out to my home. The team was very professional, on time, great work, and cleaned everything up. Any job you need they can do. Harvey the owner of company kept me well informed every step of the way. One of their crew knocked on my door the day after baseball size hail & asked if I’d like them to cover my Skylites (4). I said of course! Within an hr & 1/2 it was done! I called the company & bragged on this young man, not knowing I was speaking to the owner. He was so helpful I asked him to meet with me for an estimate. 2 pickups showed up at the appointed time & were all over the house & yard. They had assessed my damages & agreed to meet with my insurance adjuster a week later. Harvey showed up an hr early for that appointment. They started working almost immediately, within 2 weeks the roof was up, garage door replaced, skylites replaced, gutters & covers installed, fence pressure washed & restained, screens taken to be replaced. I’m shocked & amazed at their efficiency & premium work ethic. Everything he promised happened in a timely fashion. Did I Mention that I got upgrades on several things? I found them to be honest & very helpful. I had to wait for the TV people to come & realign my satellite dish, but had a Dr appt also. That same young man that originally knocked on my door came to wait for them so I could make my dr. Appt. I felt the need to leave this review when a brochure for your company arrived on my doorstep. Leaving unsolicited brochures at a house with a NO SOLICITING sign on the front door is unprofessional, which is why I am rating this company in the first place. If words on a google review is what you see as retaliation I hope for your sake you never encounter a tangible one. I also enjoy how you didn't respond to the substance of what I actually said whatsoever.

Harvey and all the Spartan crew were AWESOME!! Did our roof and also replaced some old shingled gable ends with new hardie board and batten siding. Painted the whole house and screen porch, new gutters, too. Please give Harvey a call if you need anything residential done around your place. Great guy and easy to work with.
