Alliance Roofing is the best company ever for your roof replacement! They arrived on time as promised, they worked very hard from beginning to end. They cleaned up very well also, leaving not one thing for me to clean up! My roof is so beautiful that it stands out from the rest! They put wider trim the same color as the roof around the entire house! They also put ridge vents from beginning to end on all the seams of the roof! They were professional, on time, and had a good price. They kept to their estimate. The new molded lead vents were great and stopped a minor leak. The workers did a good job with cleanup, though you can always expect some nails and what-not around after re-roofing. The magnetic rake did quite a good job of picking up stragglers in the grass. They were completely done in a day and a half, keeping workers off the roof during midday in the summer, which is the right thing to do for both the workers and the quality of the work. We had GAF Timberline with the starter row and drip lines, and those were all the right choices. I was dreading this, but am very happy overall to have this big job done. I was shocked to read some of the other reviews with one star. Our experience was complete opposite. We had a wonderful experience this year with Alliance Roofing. We were given a quote and shown roofing material to choose from. We made our selection and chose a date that worked for us. Materials were delivered and the crew completed the job within one day! I was very impressed with their work. Our roof looked amazing when they finished! We interacted with the owner Eric and he is very easy to work with and has great communication. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. They go above and beyond and really care about their customers.

The guys at Alliance roofing did a great job replacing my roof. Everything from the materials, scheduling of the install and the quality work performed. Once the job was complete, the area look spotless. They did a great got of housekeeping as well. I would highly recommend this company for any work.

We needed to replace the entire roof on a home we just purchased and luckily, our realtor referred us to Alliance. The entire process was very easy from beginning to end. The estimate was fair and the work was done in one day. The installers did quality work and cleaned the entire site very well when they were finished. There were no surprises, everything they said they would do was done well. Our new roof is beautiful and I would definitely recommend calling Alliance for your roof repairs.

Russell Parnell was extremely professional and prompt in responding to our appointment.Knowing that rain was coming over night, the crew worked to complete our job. We were very pleased with the quality of work and the courteous crew. The workers took extra care in removing old roof and installing new roof not to mark up new fascia boards just installed. Alliance Roofing is a wonderful company and a true pleasure to do business with. Our house needed a new roof recently due to age and general deterioration. Russell with Alliance was very courteous and answered all of our questions before and during the roofing installation. The crew that arrived was very professional and efficient and Russell periodically came by to check up on the work being done. There was one small "hiccup" but it was corrected there on the spot. The pricing was reasonable and the company has been in the Pearland area for 20 years so it's not one of those fly by night roofing companies you hear horror stories about. We'd recommend Alliance without any reservation.

I first used Alliance Roofing after Hurricane Ike when my roof was blown off. Their work was excellent and they are really nice. From start to finish, Alliance Roofing Company LLC. was professional and knowledgeable in reroofing my house. Their professionalism started with their representative (RP) who spent over an hour educating me about roofing, shingles, and the work they would do and material they would use. Of 4 companies I requested bids from, one did not respond, and 2 lacked professionalism (showed up, took some pictures and were gone in less than 10 min). Alliance Roofing Company LLC bid was competitive (2 story with detached garage) and the work was first rate. They did small things that made a huge impact, like adding vents to my detached garage roof (there were none) and painting external roof pipes and flashing to match the roof color. Our salesman Brian understood our need to have additional steps taken to discourage bees reentering our house through the ridge vents or under the shingles in the valleys. He followed through on the addition of netting and shellac as specified by our bee removal specialist. We highly recommend Alliance roofing.

The salesman with Alliance told me I did not need a new roof just the leak repaired, which I thought was very refreshing to hear since the other two roofers that came out to bid on the job both told me I needed a new roof. I started doing business with Alliance in June of 2000 when I needed new roofing on my tar and gravel flat roofs on my three small apartment buildings. They did a great job back then and were prompt in dealing with a rare repair. Last fall they replaced my tar and gravel with a white rubber surface, which probably saved me from suffering any damage from Hurricane Harvey.They also have replaced or repaired roofs in a couple of rent houses over the last 17 years. I have always been pleased with their prices but was really surprised when I comparison shopped last year and their price was 1/3 less than the competition.

If I could give Alliance Roofing 10 stars I would! When I was asking my friends for recommendations for a roofing company a good friend, who lives in the neighborhood, couldn't recommend Alliance fast enough. She, and half of her street, had used them and LOVED them! So I called Russell Parnell and within 2 days he was climbing on my roof to give me an estimate. Russell talked me through my insurance estimate and even suggested calling my insurance company to ask for more money. He said "All they can say is no.". They said yes! I was going to Colorado for a couple of weeks so Russell and I had a nice talk about my trip and even gave me a few suggestions. I could tell he was going to be a nice, and caring, man to work with. While on vacation I texted with Russell about the insurance approval and when I returned, I called him again. The first thing out of his mouth was "How was Colorado?" 5 days later I had a new roof! The men who worked on my roof were there from sun up to sun down. Very professional and respectful of my property. Russell came the first day, of a 2 day project, to check on things and I appreciated that he drove from Pearland to The Woodlands just to check in. Russell came by the day after they were finished to give me the warranty and I was so pleased! If you have any doubts whether to use the company....don't! I highly recommend them and remember....everyone went through the flood of 2016 and everyone wants their roofs fixed NOW. Alliance Roofing cares about the people needing the roof more than the roof itself. So...be patient because Alliance is totally worth an extra couple of days wait....if you even have to wait! Love them!

I called for an estimate to replace my roof. Russell Parnell came to my home and looked at my roof. He said he would email me an estimate. Its been nearly 3 weeks - I have called 3 or 4 times and emailed them about the estimate but as of yet still have not heard from them or received my estimate. When I replace my roof I won't be calling Alliance Roofing. It's obvious if I ever had a problem with their work or even a question I would never be able to reach them. It also makes me think I would not be able to depend on what they tell me if I had them repair my roof.

Great experience overall. The service I needed was performed the same day and we were very pleased with Chris and Jay. Jay gave a thorough explanation of the problem and even sent before pictures and video of what was being repaired and how he repaired the areas needing attention. The price was fair. This company put a new roof on my house before we moved in and we have had problems ever since. I either can't get them to call me back or the owner won't show up to a scheduled appointment.During Harvey my roof leaked and i called Alliance to see if they would come out and look at it. They showed up unannounced while I was at work and never called to let me know they even attempted to fix anything. I only found out when I had to call again and Chris let me know they had come out, but was unable to tell me what they fixed other than they resealed a vent. When it rained again the same vent was leaking and now I can't get a call back from them. This is the third attempt to fix one leak from this company and I am only still working with them because they supposedly honor their work. I would recommend choosing a different company for any roof work.

Russell did an oustanding job on my roof. I couldn't be more happy. The roof is beautiful. The crew was Johnny on the spot and worked dilligently all day to finish my roof. They did an excellent job. They left the area clean and also finished the whole job in a day! I am extremely pleased with their work.
