Went the other day because I needed something for my car (I know nothing about cars 😂) but I asked one of the employees, Chris I believe, and he helped me. GREAT worker. Environment at AutoZone is an amazing atmosphere too, made me feel welcomed I would recommend coming to AutoZone in Pearsall. All workers are amazing!

I was in the middle of replacing my wiper blades when I realized I bought the wrong ones from a different store and went to AutoZone to buy the correct ones. I had already taken off the old ones so I had nothing on my car and it was about to rain. They went above and beyond to help me get the right ones and they installed them for me, even though it was late and it was starting to rain. The price was great and their customer service was absolutely amazing. I get nervous asking for help and they made everything really easy for me. I highly recommend this location.

Fantastic service! Had a bad battery issue, salesperson actually referred me back to competitors- since battery was purchased from them.They could have sold me a new battery, but choose to help me out instead. That is why I always go back to Autozone. Trustworthy!!

Amazing amazing staff!! Especially JD! Wonderful employee he really went above and beyond to help me, I was heading to Laredo Tx from San Antonio and my trucks belt ripped and began to overheat luckily I was able to make it to this autozone in the nick of time! Where Jd helped me buy a new belt and he even installed it for me and had me on the road again!!!!! I recommend this Autozone 100% Amazing customer service!❤️

I want to personally thank the assistant manager that helped my dad and boyfriend out with getting an alternator. After we broke down last night at 11pm in cotulla for my dad's birthday. After getting pulled with our kids in the car fixing the belt and then alternator. After getting told system is down at AutoZone this lady went the extra mile to help my dad and boyfriend so we can go to Dallas to visit for Christmas thank u. (We didn't get her name but thank u)

Very helpful. They understood the oil pressure switch problem I was having. Even remembered the difference between the 2 engines and problems others were having in ordering the wrong part, even tho their computer says it's the right part
