There is now words how to express of gratitude from the Service team, Couple weeks ago, i was driving from San Antonio to San Diego when the my 2022 Chevy truck broke down in the fwy, Onstar send the tow truck and towed to Colt Chevrolet, we got there at 8:30pm and the service manager was still working, he receive the vehicle and told me not to worry about that he will handle it next morning, I staid in the hotel over night and the following day they work nonstop until my truck was fix and i could continue with my trip. There are not many people with handle things so professional but going above and beyond to take care of their clients. Julio and Rogelio are true gentlemen's.I'm so happy, Thankful and Grateful for everything you guys did.Gracias. Marco A Morales

Purchased a vehicle here and the exhaust needed to be checked. It also needed at window replacement. They promised me they were going to call me and fix it. It’s been 4 months and they never called me. Every time I call they leave a message and never get back to me. Service department NEVER answers! Very unprofessional!

This business deserves Triple Zero. Towed to Colt Auto on Friday evening. Called the front desk Saturday no tech service available until Monday. Called Monday at 9am to speak to service manager the receptionist said he would return my call. Walked to the dealership at 11:30 only to be told my vehicle could not be looked at until September because they had no certified service technicians. It would have been nice if they would have just said that from the beginning.They should place a notice on their website that there is No Service Technicians at this facility.June 13, 2022

Had vehicle fixed, broke down 6 days later for the same reason. Dropped off 2 vehicles, was told they would have them looked at by a certain date. Called back, 2 weeks after that date, and they still hadn't looked at them.

Terrible customer service , unprofessional sales team .We Took in a vehicle we had for a day a bunch of service lights started coming on - they told us to take it to auto zone . For months the trunk doesn’t open , we haven’t even bothered to take it cause i know It’ll be a guaranteed bad experience. Go to Odessa for a vehicle.

By far the best experience I've had truck shopping... The sales person who helped me was (Lori) who was very friendly, not pushy for me to buy and let me test drive a couple trucks no questions asked before I made up my mind, which was awesome of her. She answered my questions and any answer she didn't have she found out for me. I left the dealership with a truck and will recommend to anyone looking for a ride. Also the manager was really outgoing and friendly which made it that much easier for me to feel comfortable. (Thank you) I visited a few other dealerships and had very bad experiences with the sales reps, but Lori made me feel very comfortable and appreciated. Thank you Lori.

I had a very pleasant experience with these folks, specifically Jessica and the General Manager Kenny.They were both very helpful and knowledgeable when addressing my needs. They took time to answer every question I had, urging me to contact them with any future concerns I may have. Not happy with the service! They could not provide me credit owed to me with the Onstar service and membership I am enrolled in. They sell the Onstar package but don't know how to redeem the rewards. The service manager even told me that the services were priced higher due to the oil field workers..That is discrimination! I will not return. PS. I cannot post with no stars, so I had to unwilling put 1 star.

I was on a road trip and a piece of road debris knocked my EVAP canister loose and it had to be replaced. I had my car towed to Colt Auto Group on a Sunday and they looked at it the next day. Initially, they gave me a wait time of one week before they could get the replacement part. That would have been really a problem for me as I would have had to get a hotel for a week and it would have really messed up my plans. So, Tonya called around and was able to find a source for the part where it could be delivered much sooner. Thanks to her, I was able to be on my way and not spend a weeks worth of unplanned costs on a hotel stay; she was a a life-saver and I am grateful to her and the service staff at Colt Auto.

Now this review is going to be from a different perspective. I deliver freight to this location but the people I have ran into have all been just as nice as can be. So ask for Norsie for your mechanic work or ask for Tawnya over in service and you can't go wrong.

UPDATE: In case anyone hopes to get a positive response from Colt based on their review here, I wouldn’t count on it. I read Colt’s response to my review and called them at the number provided. After 10-15 rings a female answered. I asked her if this was the main line or a special number. She asked me what I was calling for, and I explained I had a response to my Google review telling me to call this number so they could turn my experience into a positive one. She laughed and asked if I was looking to buy a car. Don’t waste your valuable time here.We found a vehicle we really liked on their website and made them an offer. They accepted the offer, but when we started discussing trade-in, the Operations Manager sent us a text that he wasn’t interested in taking a trade-in for the price we were paying for their vehicle. Okay, that is fine, even if it is a little bizarre. Then things got even weirder. We were having the vehicle shipped to us, because we live 8 hours away. We were coordinating the shipping ourselves, and since we were buying the vehicle sight unseen, we asked them to send us a video with the actual mileage, as CarFax last updated mileage in February, and the vehicle starting up (to verify it runs). We did not receive an answer until we inquired again, and the salesperson apologized and said they would send us the video the next day. We never heard from them again. We sent a follow-up text inquiring if something was wrong with the vehicle, or if they no longer wanted to sell it, and still did not receive a response. We finally just stated we were cancelling the deal due to lack of response, and still have not heard from them (this was a week ago). This seems like a very odd way of doing business. I have never had to work so hard to try to buy a car.

My van broke down and I had to get a whole new battery and alternator. They found one for me close by and even stayed 3 hours after closing to get everything installed for me. I was 12 hours from home and they were really nice and accommodating.

I highly recommend Colt Chevrolet if you’re looking to buy a vehicle! The service was amazing! Bryan was very helpful showing us all vehicles we were interested in, and gave us all details, also let us test drive them, very patient guy.. Thanks to Kenny for making the sale happen, he got us in a brand new vehicle in a quickness! They did such a great job! If you’re looking for a vehicle go there, and ask for Kenny he will help you.

Recently purchased a used truck here. When I initially went on the test drive, there were no warning lights on whatsoever. When I returned after the weekend to take it to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, the engine light was on. My mechanic explained that codes can be cleared, and then cleared it in front of me. Since the necessary repairs weren't as bad as I had originally thought they may be, I went forward with the purchase. I assumed that the truck would be cleaned as all the vehicles I've purchased, used and new, are usually sent through detailing before they are picked up. This wasn't the case. There is dirt about 1/2" thick in some places and a bunch of junk in various compartments left from the previous owner.My salesperson, Tonya, was fantastic. I felt comfortable with her and she worked to get me a better interest rate on the vehicle.Overall, I didn't appreciate the attempted deception of clearing the engine light/code, and the lack of customer service regarding cleaning the vehicle before I picked it up. Spraying air freshener doesn't count as cleaning, folks.Edit- Junior reached out to me via email and apologized for my experience and offered to have the truck detailed to make it right. I've added a star for his follow up efforts.

I've recently purchased a car from Tonya and have loved my experience. I felt like I was working with a friend, who wanted the best for me. I'm in love with my new car and am going to enjoy it foe a long time.UPDATE: So still happy with my sales person. But not the company manager or owner. My car was delivered to me with the Navigation system broken and I was never informed. When I spoke to them about it, I was told to bring it back in but since they're so far away, I could also take it to another GMC dealer to have it fixed. I felt like I bought a very expensive broken car and left to deal with it on my own. I've had it for 3 weeks and 1 of those weeks it was in a dealership getting fixed. I've called and left messages for the owners and managers to ask why it was ok to allow a car leave their lot when It wasn't at 100%. I've been waiting for a week to get a returned call and NOTHING!! Obviously they are ok with their service and don't care about their customers. So sad. I've removed stars from this company. Beware of your vehicles being checked correctly if you purchase from here.

The buying experience was simple and easy. Quick reply on what I was looking for with the information I requested in price range and the type of vehicle I was looking for. They were able to offer options that help me make my decision on what I was needing. Delilah Armendariz was in constant communication with me and was able to guide me thru the process every step of the way from looking for what I was in the market for and supplying pictures all the way down to to the final process on signing the paper work. If I’m ever in the market again to purchase another vehicle they will definitely be the first stop for me and my family.

Had some major truck problems. Towed my truck to colt and they immediately put it on a rack. Once insurance approved the estimate they started the repairs. Cecil updated me throughout the repairs and even followed up a few days after I left to make sure everything was right. Picked up my truck then hooked to my camper and went 900 miles. No issues. Would recommend this shop for any repairs if you’re in need.

I showed up and couldn’t find the sales person and the most kindest woman named Maggie spoke to me and called him, Erbey Molina who offered a great deal was very helpful, especially it being a first time purchase of any vehicle, and even when numbers and questions raised my doubts, the manager Ken or Kenneth if you will did me a solid, explained to me thoroughly my different options and made sure I didn’t leave doubtfully or regretfully, they made the purchase very comfortable for me, spoke with me with reassurance and had patience with me. Recommend highly ! 👍 For first time purchasers or trade ins.
