I would love to give them more credit but seeing how eager they were to get us locked in as a customer and then get our money but have shown NO urgency on replacing a broken panel does not sit well with me. To me this feels as if the job was incomplete but yet we were required to pay the full amount. You spend so much money on a product and they do well buttering you up for the sale but then do not help with replacing any broken or messed up parts. We have been let down and the more I have to call for updates just irritate me more and more. I would love for this issue to be resolved but I feel like we are no longer a priority. And after seeing other reviews on google this seems to be an ongoing issue w/ Americaft.

Refuse to do business with a company that thinks using robocalling and ignoring the DoNotCall list is a great idea. It is obvious you do not know your target audience when you are reaching out to a home owner whose house just got built a little over a year ago. Your windows might start failing after a year but our builder went with quality so they will last for many years. FCC complaint was filed as well

I worked with Mark and team to replace all windows and siding on my home (complete March 2022). They also helped to design a pergola/breezeway cover between my house and detached garage. The initial consultation with the sales guy was in Sept 2021, however they explained the extended timeline due to COVID delays and I felt they set my expectations accordingly. We did have a slight hiccup on the type of siding - originally agreed on board and batten, but Mark (owner) advised this might not be the best option due to the height of my home. Although disappointing, I appreciated his honesty to help me make the best decision for such a large investment. The install was smooth and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up once the job was complete. They were great every step of the way and addressed any questions/concerns quickly. This was definitely the facelift my 80s home needed!Service: General window replacement

They call me everyday after I asked to be taken off their call list. One representative laughed and said..We will keep calling you because you didnt use the magic words! Then hung up in my face. When I need service I will use a different company. They lost a potential customer by this. You know who you called at 6:58 pm on april 22. Why would a reputable company use robo killer for marketing calls? Unless it is making it easier to harass people.

Windows are good but the trim is awful. They could have used better contractors. Mark Smith needs to make things right for his customers instead of just taking our hard earned money.

Quality of the windows is great but the customer service takes the hit. They did not get back to me in a timely manner about replacing a broken window. I had to do all follow up and after 10 days of playing cat and mouse with them, they said there was a 3 week delay. That’s over a month that there is a broken window in your home. Completely unacceptable.

Siding; good job siding. Greatly appreciated the extra step to encase the house in plywood for code. Only "complaint" is with the trim work. Some techniques at the corners were less than stellar, and hex head screws should be used, not nails. I had this work also done in Nebraska, and those crews did superior work. The upside of Americraft is that they progressed in a gradual process, stripping away old stuff only to the extent it would be replaced that day. At no time was the house exposed due to removing too much of the old material. Also, they will do almost anything for you later if you need something improved upon, like tightening up the trim here or there, using hex head screws.

The installers were very professional and polite. They answered my questions and double check all measurements. The quality of work on installation was excellent. The windows are beautiful. The garden window in my kitchen is beautiful and a wonderful upgrade to my home. The company responded quickly to my questions or concerns. The estimated dates of installation were accurate. The price was very competitive & the owner/president of the company came to do the measurements & final sealing of several windows. Excellent installation crew- quick & all 13 window fit perfectly. A few windows were missing latch hardware & Americraft mailed them within days.

Replaced all the windows and doors in the house. Very good products made to order. Takes a while for the order to arrive from factory because they are manufactured for the measurementsthe installer sends the factory. The installer is key! In my case he found some repairs that needed to be done after the old windows were out before the new ones were installed. He got the repairs done and only delayed the installation of the new windows by one day. Windows are not cheap but I think the total charges were reasonable. Outstanding group of craftsfolk. We'd replaced 1/2 of our windows several years ago, and were ready to do the last 1/2. The gentleman who worked with us identified the earlier windows as the same manufacturer, and was appalled at the way the installation had been done. After the new windows were installed, the crew 'tuned up' the older set of windows and corrected the deficiencies from the original installation. What A DIFFERENCE! All of the windows look great, open and close easily, and we can already feel the difference throughout the house with the double panes throughout our home. Americraft installed vinyl siding on the entire house and did a great job, it really improved the appearance of the house. They also repaired rotten wood and fixtures they had to remove to cover the outside walls. I am really impressed with how much better the house looks. I also had Americraft install a carport on the side of the house. That really turned out well and protects the vehicles. Also, the repair personnel were very courteous and professional. They really went above and beyond to do a good job. I would recommend Americraft to do a good job for you. We were so impressed we ordered a porch enclosure to be installed; everyone is now awaiting items to come in to do the install. They also installed an enclosure on our back porch, like a sunroom, they also installed a doggy door, which our dogs use all the time. They did a great job on that too.Service: Patio construction

Between Covid and supply chain issues, arrival of my windows took longer than anticipated. The wait, however, was well worth it. My hope was to let the light in, but keep the heat out. The results are fabulous, even in the midst of a heat wave. Once the windows arrived, installation was fast but meticulous, and service from corporate to local was swift and heartfelt. Siding to entire two story home. Installers were professional and completed the project on time. Great selection of colors and material. Since the installation, our electric bell has been reduced. The aesthetic of the house was significant and our neighbors two doors down were very impressed with the craftsmanship and hired them to do their siding as well. We used their interest free payment plan which made it very affordable for our budget.

The glass sliding doors they replaced are draft proof. The old door always pulled a cold draft across my living room. The quality of the new door is great. The installers did a great job. Small team of people who welcome their new workers with open arms and intently treat you like family.My boss Joseph is the kindest most down to earth human I have met, let alone worked for. Very nice sales guy, but boy did it take 3 hours to get a 50k quote, best sales pitch… don’t waste my time.Thank you for the advice on things otherwise… another thing, don’t talk about politics on the job. I was nice because you wouldn’t stop talking, but in reality politics for a sales guy is not a good tactic… most of us “racist bigots” aren’t white. I was just nice enough to understand your perspective while trying to get a quote.

Getting the windows installed took over 5months. Only because our original loan was going to expire. So we had to reapply & we didn’t really have a choice of canceling . We didn’t hear from anyone for the first 2-3 months. The rep that signed us up was no longer with the company by the time we had them installed . The installers were actually really nice people . Windows do look , but it’s what is expected for $4,000 for 4 windows .Service: Window installation

They crew was doing well but until I noticed the doors were not measured correctly. The gaps around the sliding doors were too wide. The wide gaps were then covered with trim around the sliding doors with no proper insulation. Everything else was fine. The doors was a small project to see if I would hire them for all my windows. I decided not to with that situation. I hired another company. There is room for mistakes like that when the windows are ordered , there a waiting time to receive them, and cost alot of money. The rep with the company was a great salesman and kept in touch with us.Service: General door installation
