I needed a roof replacement after the most recent hail storm. I contacted Aurum Roofing via their website and Jose contacted me later that same day. He provided a written estimate less than 24 hours after he inspected my roof and was able to schedule the replacement the next week. They also repaired some siding that was rotten. The price was fair and the final price did not exceed the estimate. My new roof looks fantastic (they even added some attic vents!) and the customer service is top notch. Jose is a very nice guy and he made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend them.

Update: Second time using Aurum and still highly recommend! They repaired my leaking front porch and caulked, sealed, and painted my entire exterior making a +10 year old home look brand new! They do quality work and can be trusted. Jose also shares a cloud drive of live pictures to keep you up to date every step of the project. They do a great job, use Aurum!Original Review: I had a leak in my master bedroom. I called out 4 roofers including my insurance adjuster. Jose from Aurum was the only person to do a full inspection, get all the way in my attic, and find the root cause. Everyone else just guessed at where the leak was coming from. Jose was very professional and did not try to over sell. He documented every step of the process. I could not get over how much more reasonable his price was along with how much more honest he was. I would recommend Jose and Aurum to anyone!

Jose was very mindful of my needs as a homeowner and having small children. Took special care to make sure all nails and material were removed after the job was done. I noticed what appeared to be a water stain on my bedroom ceiling and called Aurum Roofing for an inspection. Jose was very friendly and professional we scheduled for him to come out at his next availability. About 30 minutes before our appointment he called to confirm and was very punctual. I showed him the water stain and he inspected our attic to identify the most likely source of the leak, then he went on the roof to have a closer look. He sealed everything up and even touched up a few other vents. My experience with Jose was excellent, he was very knowledgeable , thorough, and exceeded all expectations. I cannot express how highly I recommend Aurum Roofing! Jose answered every question I had, and I had plenty! He is immensely knowledgeable and accommodating. I normally get at least 3 bids on home projects, but Aurum was the first and only company I contacted because I felt so sure that Jose and his crew were the best, particularly after talking with Jose and after reading all the 5 star reviews. Jose went above and beyond in the installation and did as he told me he would do. He took care of my home as though it was his home. He noticed that my dryer vented into my attic, definitely a fire hazard, and he installed a roof vent for my dryer--so grateful for that! The crew arrived at 7 a.m. and was finished by about 6 or so that day with everything cleaned up and back into place when they left. Every time I look at my beautiful roof, I am thankful that I found Aurum--just the best!

My wife and I own multiple properties in Austin and we’ve hired hundreds of companies and contractors over the years for anything you can imagine. So, I’m just going to come out with it. Aurum Roofing is the best company we’ve ever contracted, for anything, PERIOD.Firstly, the communication with Aurum Roofing was outstanding. From the initial inquiry to the completion of the project, the team was always available to answer any questions we had and kept us informed throughout the process. Our roof project was considerably complex as our home is a flat-roof with many levels to it, skylights etc. (see pic) in addition to it having been botched up by the previous roofing company who didn’t have the expertise required.As far as quality of workmanship, we could not be more impressed. The crew arrived promptly each day, and they were courteous, respectful, and professional throughout the entire project. They paid close attention to detail and took great care to ensure that every aspect of the job was done correctly. The project manager was a master roofer himself, a fantastic coordinator and had everything figured out down to a science.We were also impressed with the overall value provided by Aurum Roofing. They gave us a VERY fair quote upfront, the materials they use are first class, and there were no hidden fees or unexpected expenses throughout the project. In fact, the project manager used his time & material to fix a completely unrelated issue with our house. They had great attention to detail and demonstrated pride in their work by making sure everything was done right. They were also extremely competitive in their pricing. This is a late review! We had a roof replacement after the hail storm a few years ago. Aurum Roofing was recommended on Next Door and local to Pflugerville so I reached out.Jose is super kind and responsive! He had great communication throughout the process and flexibility with my insurance in getting the payments processed so we could settle the invoice. He and his crew got the roof done quickly (in 100+ degree heat!), cleaned up everything and our roof still looks great today. I was in insurance for almost 10 year and worked with many roofing companies around Austin. Aurum Roofing is hands down the best roofer you will ever find. We used Aurum Roofing to replace our roof vents, repair our roof and add a gable for proper drain off at our fireplace. We needed our roof replaced after the hail in April 2021. We had heard of horror stories about contractors (leaving a mess after roof replacement, partial work completed and left with deposit, etc). We did our due diligence and met with multiple roofing companies.Jose with Aurum Roofing was the 6th and final roofer we spoke with. He immediately made me feel comfortable with the process. He was the only roofer to give me an estimate based on the surface area of my roof instead of asking to see the insurance claim. The other roofers wanted to see how much was the insurance claim so they could "base" their estimate on that number. This may seem minor, but I felt better that he didn't try to scam us out of money. Another positive, Aurum Roofing is based here in the Austin area with plenty of great reviews. If there are any issues, they are right here in town.They completed the work in a timely manner and my yard was clear of any debris. Also, I love how Aurum Roofing didn't plant one of their business signs in my yard. Again, its minor but all these little details made for a great overall experience. I could go on and on to say how extremely happy we were with Jose and Aurum Roofing. My interaction with Jose matched exactly what I had read about him. Our roof were damaged pretty bad beyond repair. We needed a new roof and gutter replacement. That is all, the other roofing guys will tell me. None of them will provide me a quote or even an estimate. We were looking for someone local who we can trust. Aurum caught our attention from all the good reviews on Google. Right from the beginning, when we contacted Aurum - Jose was very courteous. He took the time to explain me all the steps. He will always respond back for any questions within short time. He was very straight with all the information and provided us with detailed breakdown for the quote after he assessed our roof. It was very refreshing to say the least.Due to his honesty, I went with him for our roof repair and wasn't disappointed. The crew was very professional and ensured they cleaned up well after they were done with the work. Our install was finished about a week before and we had quite some rain after. I wanted to check the work a bit before I posted my review. I didn't see any issues yet and hope nothing will popup in future (Aurum does provide a very good warranty, just in case). Jose just replaced our roof. He has done small roof repairs for us a couple of times over the past several years. He is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. We knew from the repairs his work is high quality. When it was time to replace our roof, we received bids from three companies, including Aurum. We originally planned to go with Aurum, we got the other bids to make sure his bid was fair. Aurum's bid was very competitive and included upgrades such as: repair and repaint the wood around our 17 year old chimney, a solar powered attic fan, ice/snow barrier on flat sections, and upgraded ridge caps. Aurum's crew did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. I requested a quote to get a couple of shingles replaced since raining season is coming. Jose agreed to came do an inspection and we agreed to replace the two shingles that were loose for a great price. He was very professional and did a really good work. He went above and beyond as to give me advice on home improvements since we're a young couple of first home owners. Aurum roofing provides high quality work with excellent customer service at an affordable price. Jose came to my house on a Saturday to provide a free estimate for multiple roof leaks. He evaluated the work, and because there was rain in the forecast, he suggested he could put a temporary patch on my roof to mitigate the leak until further repairs could be done. He did the work for no compensation with no guarantee that I would accept his bid. Several days later we agreed on a time and price to complete the repairs. The work was high quality, done on time and exactly the price we agreed to. After the repair, I had other contractors come to my house to bid on an unrelated chimney issue, and 2/3 commented on what a good job Jose did on the roof repairs. The quality, service and price provided by Aurum Roofing were top notch. If I ever need roof repair or replacement I will go with Aurum, and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I am so glad I found Jose at Aurum roofing. From the first day where I needed a quote, he was able to squeeze me into his schedule to take a look and get me a quote. He also took the time to talk to me about the repairs needed and to give more information than just sending a quote over with no context. Hospitality!!!!!! This company knows how to value its customers. From the beginning Jose was professional, honest and trustworthy. He didn't oversell and was not pushy into getting the job. He invited me to look at the damage for my self and explain, communicated every step of the job. He made it seem more of a celebration with balloons outside the house and made sure his crew had a safe environment to work. Aurum has he best price in town! They installed a new roof, several sections ridge vents and a solar panel fan. I called several local roofing companies for an estimate and only 2 out of 5 actually gave me an estimate. The other companies did show up but failed to give me a quote. I guess they got to busy to contact me back for the quote. We've lived in our home since 2013 and never had the roof replaced. After a recent windstorm rolled through our Homeowners Insurance Company informed us that we were due for a new roof! Never having had to make such a large investment in to the physical structure of our home we weren't' sure how to navigate this, but Jose with Aurum Roofing made it ridiculously easy! He came out - did an inspection and provided me with a full (and detailed) overview of what all we would need to have it properly repaired. His pricing came in at a more reasonable amount than others we'd interviewed and his materials (that others claimed would cost us more) were part of his standard operating procedures. He didn't claim to have to charge me for upgrades, etc...he said, "Nope. That's the standard products we use." Jose was able to get us on the books in about 2-3 Weeks time (roofing is quite busy right now). When his team arrived they were very on-time, quick, efficient, and cleaned up after the project was done. The project took one day - 6-7hrs. start to finish - I was shocked at how quickly they arrive on site and begin working. They know what they're doing and they've got their process down.Jose is very responsive, professional, and overall just a great person to work with. He never hesitated to answer any questions we might have had either in person or via text! We had our roof replaced, some siding/fascia replaced, gutter replacement and exterior painting done. Jose was very easy to work with as he communicates with you throughout the whole process.
