Mac and Donna and their team repaired our roof in 2022 after a storm in 2021. Throughout the entire process, they were amazing at communicating and helping us figure out when to schedule our repair. And they stand behind their work - after another hail storm this past week, they stopped by to make sure we didn't have new damage and took the time to fix a rogue shingle that had popped up (and also blew tree debris off the roof for us). They have gone above and beyond each time we've interacted with them and working with them was a wonderful experience.

Diamond Select Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof. Communications were clear and timely. Everyone associated with the company was professional in their interactions. They walked me through the insurance process, their process, and made note of where changes could be made to extend the life of my roof (more vents). They worked with me around timing, materials delivery, and installation. Diamond Select Roofing even made sure to restore my wire mesh to keep animals out of the attic. I am so grateful for their work. Definitely the GO TO local roofing company. If they didn’t reroof after storms,hail they more than likely have done one with in a block away. After this storm don’t wait to have Mac and Donna look at your roof. They help with the whole process,and explain any questions about your adjusters,your insurance, I’m no external designer so Donna helped with shingle color. #diamondselectroofing

I would definitely recommend Diamond Select Roofing!! We are selling our home and were in need of some fast repairs. Mac was at our house in no time at all inspecting our roof finding the issues. He gave us a detailed report of what we needed to fix and got us scheduled right away. The customer service was exceptional and the price was fair and significantly better than other roofing companies we called. We were blown away at what a great job he and his crew did. Mac is honest, kind, and extemely hard working. He went above and beyond to ensure our roof was perfect for the sale of our home. We wouldn't use anyone else!!!

Diamond Select roofing did a great job roofing my house after the hail and wind damage that occurred earlier this year.Donna and Mac are great to work with and knowledgeable when it comes to then roofing business and insurance claims. Mac and his crew were on time and not only re-roofed the house but also noticed damage to some of the decking and trim boards after removing the old roofing shingles and without hesitation they replace the damaged decking and trim before putting on the new roof. When they finished they did a great job cleaning up around the house and hauling off the old roofing material. They also took care of scheduling the gutter replacement for me so I didn't have to search and get different bids to have the damaged rain gutters repaired. That also was completed and looked great. I would recommend Diamond Select roofing for all your roofing repairs honest and dependable. They are local and I like supporting our local businesses. I could not find a roofer to take care of a job we had and I ran into Mac in our neighbor as he was doing some work. I told him about the job and he was not only out to look at the roof the next day he repaired it while there! I cannot say enough good things about Diamond Select Roofing and Mac, the owner. Fair, honest and within our budget. I like the way he makes sure the shingles are sealed compared to other roofers too given the unbelievable winds we have around here. If you need a new roof or roof repairs I highly recommend Diamond Select Roofing.

Diamond Select Roofing have proven to be the best! After a local hail storm in 2015, we were inundated with roofers wanting our business. I almost signed with a national company but at the last moment had doubts. When I wanted more time to decide they turned very nasty. That’s when I met Mac and his lovely wife Donna. They were a breath of fresh air! Mac and his team got my roof redone quickly and helped with other damage we had. But here I am writing a review several years later, why? Because they have also proven to stand behind their work. I. This day and age that’s amazing. I hope I don’t experience another hailstorm anytime soon. Ha! But if that happens or if I need a roof inspection for any reason, I’m so happy that I can call on Mac and his team!

Not only is Mac fair in pricing, he is responsive, timely and can even help decipher your insurance claim! He and Donna patiently answer questions, and also give you matter-of-fact advice on the best solutions for venting, shingle, etc. He and his crew show up when they say they will, do a great job, and Mac personally follows up with a quality check.He has worked with my Dad in many projects for home or other businesses for years, and there is no one else we would use!

If I could give any more stars I would! Out of the four roofing companies I interacted with when a tree fell on my house from the storm early June, I couldn't make any solid connection with anyone until my initial conversation with Mac. If you meet him you'll immediately pick up on his passion and commitment to his work and further more, his beliefs in simply being a good neighbor. We are about 98% complete with everything on our list including patching the holes, replacing the roof, tree trimming, replacing the gutters, and lastly our damaged window screens. Mac has taken this challenge totally head on and stepped in with communicating with our insurance company and verbally handling almost everything for us! I have even told friends that he's almost like an attorney in the way he's represented me (single mom) and uses all of the lingo that I could never understand. Had I not met Mac, I would have never had all of the damage repaired and I could have easily been smooth talked out of over ten thousand dollars from other money hungry companies who take advantage of the vulnerable. Mac & Donna truly stay true to their word, follow through as promised, and I couldn't have found anyone else better for our needs. They will be my go to without a doubt!
