I spoke with Chris as soon as the hail storm almost a year ago to see if he could come out and look at our roof. He was honest and thorough from the beginning and really gave me time to trust him and ask all my questions. He was always SUPER responsive through text or phone. We were put on a wait list due to high demand and our roof was repaired in September. His crew was kind and did an amazing job and cleaned up the yard afterwards (not the case with everyone, I had to clean up my yard from my neighbor's roofers' trash and debris).We had one small issue and they immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it within a day or two! It ended up being the solar panel crew, but they were contracted through JNC, and both JNC and the solar panel owner was out the next day taking care of it. I do not expect perfection, but the way it was handled and repaired is what matters. And they exceeded those expectations.His office team, Meghan and Johanna, are also just as kind. Meghan reviewed the bill with me item by item as needed. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to and they were extremely patient as I was waiting for delayed payments from said ins. company before I could pay them. They were wonderful to work with! I will keep Chris' number for any future roofing needs!

I had a great experience with JNC Roofing! They worked with my difficult insurance company which made the process so much less stressful. I met with them to go over the color choices and materials for the new roof and was met with patience and helpfulness while I was indecisive. They had the materials delivered on time and were here the next morning, hard at work. They were very careful with covering items to keep the old roofing material from damaging items in our yard. After the recent hailstorm we experienced, we needed to have our roof replaced. A friend had used JNC Roofing and recommended we have them come out and do an inspection. Chris came out and did the inspection, took pictures, and showed us the damage. He spent time explaining our options for replacement shingles and gutters, and had someone present when our insurance adjuster came out to the house. We had to deal with weeks of bad weather, but Chris and his team managed to squeeze us in on short notice when there was a break in the rain. They also took great care in protecting all our newly planted landscaping. The new roof and gutters look great, and we are very happy with the job they did. It was a great experience working with Chris and Benny at JNC. We had hail damage and he helped us identify all the damage (some of which we would have missed), navigate the insurance claim process, select shingles that are much better than the original as well as get us an insurance discount. His took care of the coordination with other trades (gutters, painters, window repair, etc). We're very happy with the quality of work and attention to detail. When a tornado ravaged our neighborhood, Ryan was on hand helping with debris cleanup, and helping to tarp roofs to prevent further damage from inclement weather. This was done without the requirement that you move forward with their company for repairs. We were in the process of selling the home, and Ryan and JNC made it easy to complete the repairs with the new owner. We had to replace our roof after sustaining hail damage. We had a lot of contractors running through the neighborhood at that time and all of them wanted the job. After Matthew went up on the roof and inspected the damage and let me know what he found, I didn't have anyone else climb on the roof. We had replaced the roof and had other work done 3 yr ago and I knew what that cost. Matthew gave me the straight scoop and I felt that he and JNC were not in the business to make a quick buck, but to do their customers right. The communication between us and insurance was thorough and I was never out of the loop. Once the job got scheduled we were notified when materials would be delivered and the delivery was on schedule, no delay. The actual roofing crew was excellent. I was amazed at the exceptional clean-up of debris. It took the better part of two days to complete the job and JNC managers came by to insure things were done to my satisfaction and JNC expectations as well. I would not hesitate in recommending JNC Roofing to anyone needing roof work done. So this company had solicited the three times over the last few months. So they called me yesterday to inspect my roof for free. I live in Crystal Falls in a very private area and was very apprehensive because I didn’t know how they got my information. The house is fairly new but I thought it might be a good idea to have them inspected based on the stories we had over the last year. So I allowed them to come out to my house by appointment and they were prompt, and I realized they were really good at their job. They were on my roof for about a half hour and told me my roof was in excellent shape and that I did not need A new roof or any shingle replacement. But they showed me some areas on my roof that the builder had used the wrong caulking to seal some of the nails and save me a spot where piece of metal was sticking out. So I told him I’m pretty handy and they told me how to fix it and that I would need a tube of the right caulking to seal those nails. And then the guy went to his truck and grab a tube and gave it to me which was the right caulking for what I was going to do. They didn’t have to do that but I was very appreciative of them doing it. They were courteous respectful and professional. They will be my roof guys whenever I need anything replaced or we have major hail or I have any leaks. I trust them and I don’t care how they got my information now. They save me a problem in the future if I wouldn’t have fixed it soon. I will be sealing those nails tomorrow. Pros:*Best price!!! Period.Cons:*Might have 3 different crews doing a 1 day job for 2 weeks.*Grass may die due to material in the yard for an extended amount of time.You get what you pay for. Want to save some money...then roll the dice. I was very pleased with jnc roofing. They handled the insurance company for me to make sure we were getting paid for all of the damages like the garage and AC and not just the roof they were repairing. Alex was my rep and so kind to work with and he even had great style advice helping me choose. The hail storm in April caused damage and the one year old roof had to be replaced. JNC Roofing was in my neighborhood the next morning. I did considerable research, being a first time home owner. Josh was my contact and kept in touch with me throughout the process of getting the insurance claim and then selection of products. He anticipated every question, and I had those questions lined up and ready using online checklists. They came Two weeks earlier than I anticipated, respected my gardens, and came back again this afternoon to do a final clean-up sweep...which was great because it was a bad arthritis day. I really was not looking forward to going through this, but I knew very quickly that Josh knew his business well and I appreciated the honest professional approach.

Had my roof replaced after 27 years! Went out to get quotes from several suppliers. My son-in-law is in the construction business and he recommended JNC along with others. What I liked from the beginning was the full disclosure on what they were going to replace, what was included and what was not. In addition, based on my research, the Corning shingles I went with received high marks for quality and durability.The team that did the installation were great. They were efficient, kept the place clean, and did a really nice job. I work from home, so I was around for the whole process.JNC wasn't the least expensive, they were in the middle of the quotes I received, but I felt the Corning shingles, detailed quote and review and the long term warranty made them worth the extra money.Their service and follow up were solid and appropriate.

After speaking with a few roofing companies we chose JNC.Professional, Friendly, and very Informative!JNC Roofing recently did our entire roof mid January and we couldn't be more pleased with the overall service. They gave us time to look through everything and never felt rushed. The roofers finished in one day, cleaned up early the next, and later that evening Terry came out to inspect. We had severe hail a few weeks ago and Rocky offered to do a free inspection on my roof. My whole roof needed to be replaced. Rocky met with my insurance company to make sure I got what I needed. The process was super easy and they replaced my roof quickly! I had recently added some plants to my garden before my roof was replaced and I was very happy that they covered my plants so they didn’t cause any damage to them. This place should be called the shingles company or something else because they really don't care about the rest of the roof. After hail damage I hired them to repair damages on a roof. All they did was add new singles on top of damage decking. So All the damage is still there, covered with shingles.Called them several times asking to have them do the job they promised.

I had a 11am appointment today with Peter T. He was prompt, so professional and kind. I only had a small area of roof concern that was visible yet he checked my entire roof. Within minutes of arriving to my house and checking my roof, he was in the process of repairing my roof. He said other than a few nail marks from someone previously dropping a hammer on some of my shingles, the issue I called about was it. He fixed my roof issue for free and was shortly on his way. I am still is shock from him arriving to my house, him checking my roof, fixing my issue and me writing this review, it's been less than 1 hour. If you are in the market for a new roof, I would highly recommend JNC Roofing. Travis and Terry painlessly walked me through the claim process and even met my adjuster at my home. They explained the whole process in detail. They were friendly and available any time I had questions. High quality materials were delivered one day, and the next day the entire roof was replaced. The roofers totally cleaned up everything, and Terry came out the day after to check the cleanup and to do a final check on the roof. I have only praise and absolutely NO complaints.
