Great people. I started having a roof leak on my 5 year old house. Mpact found that the builder had installed a vent incorrectly. They sent me pictures and explained what was wrong. I was given the option of repairing the old vent or replacing it. I chose to have the vent replaced. The price was very reasonable. I also had them caulk all the vents while they were on the roof. The caulk was cracked on every vent.The service was quick. There was no problems or drama. I never felt any pressure.I will definitely call Mpact when this roof wears out.

Mpact did a great job replacing my roof. I had a few concerns but they were quickly resolved. Doug worked with my Insurance Adjuster to make sure everything was covered that needed to be.The painting crew did a fine job and Stormy did a great job keeping me up to date on work schedules.

We had to go through the daunting task of filing a claim through our insurance. Cody was a great help with answering all of our questions and put us at ease with the entire process. There was a bit of a hiccup on scheduling but Stormy went out of her way to call us back once she had an update and resolved the issue. Very happy with the work done both inside and outside of our house. Our roof looks great and we can’t even tell where the drywall repairs were done. Got a roof replacement done because of recent hail damage. Prompt friendly service. Doug worked on the quote with me, great guy, worked out everything as per my needs and insurance quoted amount. The does not push for unnecessary upgrades and is honest about their pricing. Discussed the exact work to be done and did not charge for some items that they did not perform, which the insurance paid for. We had a roof tune-up after we started seeing some pellets running off onto our patio. The owner came out to do our consult and he was very nice and professional. Some feedback on things they could work on: Their scheduler never contacted me about our appt date, they just showed up. I would have preferred to know when someone was planning to work on my house, especially on the roof. They also promised pictures of our roof to show us what they repaired, but they never sent the pictures. The cost was pretty steep, so I expected a bit more than 20 minutes of two guys just sealing a few things.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair
