We were incredibly appreciative of Performance Roofing, Inc.'s immediate support. We were in a bind. We had a dryer vent cleaning service that cleaned the dryer roof vent and broke it. It had been raining throughout the week and rain was accumulating in the dryer machine coil. Performance Roofing, Inc. was able to replace the vent quickly despite the cold weather and rainy conditions. They were truly a God send. I highly recommend their service. Our roof was badly damaged by hail. Chris Swindle from Performance Roofing was a lifesaver. Our Homeowners insurance didn't offer a fair settlement of our claim and didn't want to take a second look. Chris spent hours fully documenting the extent of the damage and getting the insurance company to agree to fully cover us. Then he stayed very hands on through the process of replacing the roof. He even came back the day after the installation to be sure we were satisfied and to run a magnet over our yard to pick up any stray nails the installers might have missed. They did a superb job. The roof looks fabulous and has performed perfectly through subsequent wind and rain storms. Performance Roofing did a fabulous job on putting on new siding and painting our house in Austin! First of all, Brendan gave us the estimate the very afternoon he came out to look at the house. I got several other bids and his was by far the lowest. Then he sent his team promptly on the day we had agreed upon and they worked in a very timely manner to get the job done.
