Charlie at Quick Start put a brand new roof on my house following a bad windstorm. He was incredible from the start. From the original walk around, to the quoting process, the day of work and the completion and follow-up, it was a seamless experience. He did all the hard work of dealing with the insurance, kept me informed throughout it all and made it as simple as it could be. Plus, my roof looks fantastic! My roof was hail damaged in the fall of 2023, two years after I'd had it replaced following a previous hail storm, so I wasn't happy about having to go through the whole process again. Multiple roofers drove through the neighborhood knocking on doors, and I spoke with a number of them. I had some special requirements because I was handling the insurance claim myself. Charlie with Quick Start Roofing was knowledgeable, flexible, and there was no dedicated salesman. The person I spoke with on the first day was the person that I spoke with throughout the process. Charlie's guys did a solid job. The roofers I'd used before sent out a lousy crew that had to be called back 3 times to fix things that I'd specifically requested.
