****UPDATE****Upon shaking hands and receiving a congratulations we were unfortunately met with a very different attitude from the sales team at Window Nation. Not only was the communication non existant but they also had a $500 down payment from us. We learned that were unable to secure a loan through any of window nations lenders. That was no problem to us, we were transparent about non having much credit so we expected a denial- the problem is we don't believe that sales team thought we could afford the windows in cash payment. The tone and lack of customer service was disheartening. We were prepared to pay the remains $8.3k for the windows however the sales rep didn't even attempt to ask us, she apologized and then got off the phone. We had to call back to start the ticket for the refund for our (down payment) which really was only a deposit. Also, there was never any transparency that there would be a hard pull on our credit. I wish I had known or I would have said no, since we knew we'd get denied. We are currently on a credit journey as we just bought a house and have great credit and want to keep it that way. We know what we can afford and I do believe there could have been a lot better communications however this is what you get when you deal with sales reps. We bought windows that are the same quality at home depot and had a great contractor put them in. Feel free to message me foe a contractor that will take care of you. We saved 5k all together all because Window Nation had no patience or customer service.So Uriah came out to a home that my husband and I just closed on last week. He listened to us and our needs. He was very personal and kind. He listened to how our family of 5 survived a house fire last July and made it a point to help us get the best deal possible. We financed 8 windows and are really happy with the terms. I appreciate the transparency and look forward to installation as we feel were getting really fancy pants windows. It's really nice to walk away feeling good about a big purchase like windows so we are satisfied.I'm including before pictures as the home has several broken windows. We plan to update after installation.

I met with Uriah Hupp from Window Nations today, prepared to get several quotes. However I was extremely impressed with his presentation and decided to buy on the spot. He was very thorough and informative, answered all my questions without rushing or pressuring me. I was particularly impressed with his light/heat transfer demonstration and the excellent construction of the model window he showed me. The quality was evident. I am confident that I will be very pleased with my new windows!

My salesman, Uriah Rupp was a joy to visit with and do business with. I really wasn’t ready to buy but he made the decision an easy one. I had some email and HOA approval issues but those were all ironed out. The office personnel was always helpful. I could count on Uriah to help. My installation was flawless. Mike and his crew did a wonderful install. They took their time to make the windows fit and sealed them neatly. They cleaned up after and were very polite and professional. Ok- I have to post this review because I’m honestly blown away with Window Nation Austin and their rep Uriah!!If you are looking for an amazing window company with a team you can actually trust you HAVE to call Window Nation and ask for Uriah! Uriah was hands down the best rep I think I’ve ever had- like EVER- no joke! He is so informative and patient and walks you through a very clear path to accomplishing your goals and what you need done to your home. Plus- he is hilarious which made it a fun time picking out my windows- ha!I called every single window company I could find when looking for windows and wasshocked at how unprofessional most of the companies and reps were and how high their prices were. I felt like half the time the other companies even gave me high prices just because I was a woman.Window Nation is booming for a reason, it’s because they have hands down the best reps and best products!! They have beautiful windows and they work so hard to provide you with the best experience!!

My windows are not installed yet, but since I just made my decision to buy from them, I want to make sure that I show my appreciation to the Window Nation Austin team. They were extremely helpful to me with this intimidating project that I have been putting off for a while. Uriah was extremely good and fair salesman. He understood my needs with the project and utilized the 1 hour consultation time very efficiently to make my project viable. He explained the investment that I was buying into technically as well as in layman terms. The sales manager Krystal, who connected remotely was also very helpful in ironing out the details and finalize the proposal. The promotions they were running made very good sense for a smaller scale project like mine.As a result of this great teamwork, I was ready to make an informed decision by the end of the hour.I look forward to another great experience during the next step, which is to having my windows installed. I met with Uriah this morning and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. We had already met with a few other window companies and here were the differences:There was no Hard Sell (looking at you Power). I felt like my time was respected. Uriah was friendly and knowledgeable: he was able to answer all of our questions (some technical, some economic). He also worked with us on pricing that was right for our family. We were apprehensive at first about replacing our windows. We're talking well over a dozen windows and good ones are not inexpensive and the current windows were not broken just low rent. However Window Nation made us a good deal that allowed us to make affordable payments over a reasonable stretch of time. And they reminded us we could qualify for a home improvement rebate on our taxes which would help pay off the windows quicker.The windows were ready 2 weeks earlier than projected and were terrific quality and the installers were excellent. They committed to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. They were efficient, professional, friendly and caused minimal disruption. Decided to give Window Nation a try because I needed a window replaced. Someone was supposed to be out at my house at 2pm today (11/13/2023) and no one showed up. I called up to see what the issue was, they said that they would use satellite imaging to get the most accurate dimensions of the window. What? Instead of using satellite imaging, how about y'all stick to the date and time that was agreed upon and show up.
