Marva Roofing has excellent customer service! I reached out to them for a quote on gutters. Within a couple of days I meant with their project manager on site and discussed what I was looking for. They gave me a reasonable quote and did excellent work. They were also able to do a free roof inspection while they were there too. I definitely will be using them in the future if I need a roofing company.

We were approached by Iohan. He was very professional and pleasant to talk with. Iohan was very knowledgeable about Marva Roofing products, because of him we decided to use Marva Roofing. The crew that came completed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up around the house and performed a great job in my opinion. Always the best service!In July, Marva finished the roof on the house we were purchasing in Mission, and Sam was stellar! Sam, George, Mathew, Jessica, and the entire crew were one of the best collaborative teams I have ever worked with. Our contact with Sam throughout the project made such a difference. Sam understood our situation (in the middle of purchasing) and was great about not over-promising. In the end, he and all the rest of the crew did a great job of under-promising and over-delivering!Sam kept us posted at all times, and always responded quickly to our questions. Jessica never hesitated to get updated information to us as we needed it for insurance or otherwise. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day (and did a wonderful job compared to some other crews we saw in the neighborhood). George and crew showed up earlier than expected to get the gutters going. We loved getting to meet the Vet. Mathew was professional and respectful when we had a small discrepancy at the end, but it was all taken care of.We have recommended Marva to everyone in the neighborhood who has not yet had repairs done and I've seen at least one sign up in a neighbor's yard already. We hope to see many more.Keep up the great work you all are doing. We are looking forward to working with you again on our sister's house.

I scheduled a roof inspection due to a leak on Nov 15, 2023. Marva was quick to respond and came out to do an inpection. I have tile roof and inspector said there was no damage to the tile but that they were going to work on a quote to fix the area where the leak was taking place. It was a smooth process and now my roof is fixed. Thank you Marva Roofing for a job well done.

I live in a home with simple roof lines. We live in a windy area that would constantly take shingles. We could never repair without it looking bad... shingles no longer matched due to sun discoloration on the existing shingles. We decided to go with a metal roof. We found Marva Roofing and they are a great find! We replaced the roof and added gutters. They did an excellent job! We are currently having other work done on the property and the contractors continue to tell us that the roof looks great and they can tell the installer does excellent work. Professional! Updated Review:Marva did a great job on our roofing so we also had them do some gutters. I have since noticed that the leaf guards were not installed properly because they have come loose with just a moderately windy day. I initially started with only some gutters and requested another quote for the rest of the gutters but never got a response with an estimate. After seeing the sub-par gutters that were installed, I'm going with a different contractor for the remaining work on the gutters.After a strong storm hit the area in April, our home had quite a bit of roof damage from hail and wind. I called Marva Roofing to see if they had time to at least send a crew to put tarp over the damage. I didn't get somebody at my first call and their voicemail box was full but within a few hours I got a call back asking me how they could help. A crew was scheduled and they arrived the next day to help install tarp and mitigate more damage. Over the next days one of their roofing specialists helped us with an estimate and got us scheduled for the work. Their work crews were friendly and worked fast. Marva Roofing is a Great Company to work with! From start to finish Alexander Rodriguez was there to answer my questions, this is the guy you want to help you with your roof , he actually cares! Alexander Rodriguez from Marva Roofing showed up and assessed the damages after the storm on April 2023 , he automatically noticed wind and hail damage and asked me to make claim, when the adjuster showed up at 8am on a Sunday he was here to help point out all the damages! My new roof was fully approved!!! Alexander then showered up 2 weeks after to replace my roof in 2 days, he was there throughout the entire process and the roof came out great! I was in the process of making the decision to get a roof after countless years of my cousin patching it due to the fear of not being able to afford a roof. Marva roofing had already stopped by with a door business information hanging. So this all became possible when I met Alex Rodriguez. He talked plainly and in a friendly kind of way making sure I understood what it took for a roof to be installed correctly. Alex has a way of putting you at ease with the financing as well..The credit check took 15minutes. Once eligible for the roof Alex again explained the details of what they were going to do, walking me through the process of installation and making sure he was there for during that process of inspecting and making sure the workers did just how he explained it all..I trust Alex Rodriguez and he has come through with his word on this installation..I just wish there were more like him out there..So if anyone one of you are ready and even if you're not ready and want just a quote, call Marva roofing and ask for Alex Rodriguez. My roof was more than 25 years old, so I was very stressed out trying to decide who to go with. I had other roofing companies come by, but the way they explained the process and the cost they gave me did not match. I just did not feel they were being honest about their work. Some made me feel like my business did not matter. When Alex came, he took his time. He explained the new roofing materials being used and how they were going to secure my roofing shingles to withstand the next storm. My concerns on some damage boards I had and how they were going to replace them were taken care of. His knowledge and promise to do the best job until I was satisfied. Was what sealed my decision. During the job, Alex called to keep me updated on the color of paint, time of arrival of the workers, how many workers were showing up, when the workers were departing, and any situations that needed my attention. Before the job, we walked around the house, and he took pictures of the roof. When it was done, we walked around again to inspect it. Alex was not going to leave unless my husband and I were satisfied. I have asked friends who have had new roofs put on, and not one said their roofers did a walk through inspection with them. This company Truly Takes Pride in their Work. Alex, you did an awesome job. My house looks new again.
