My wife and I were looking for a general contractor to help us do a full interior renovation of our rental property in Arlington. Since we were managing the project from out of state, communication and trustworthiness were critical. UPDATE:I talked to Trevor and understood the confusion with how my request was lost. I didn't go with them, because they really don't specialize on smaller jobs. But Trevor was very much wanting to make it right.I contacted them. They were super quick to come out and look at my issues. Then.....nothing. I called back twice asking when they were going to give me a quote. It was always soon/tomorrow; I finally gave up on them.Maybe my job was too small, but if they take the effort to come out and talk about all the work they can do - shouldn't they want to give me a quote and do the work?

Contacted AmeriConstruction just before labor day 2022 after a storm blew a tree against my roof and damaged the corner of the roof. Talked with the owner a few times over the phone when he wasn't too busy and got told he would call me back. Though the owner was professional over the phone, still no one came out. More time passed so I started emailing back and forth to try and get someone out to estimate and get started on repairs. Kept being told they would come and get the repairs done. Here it is after Christmas and still haven't had anyone come to my house and haven't spoken to anyone in over a month. Had to contact a new roofing company to help me. AmeriConstruction might do good work, if they so up🤷‍♂️. Wouldn't waste your time if it's a small job. They're obviously not interested helping with small work.

We called AmeriConstrution to look at the leaks we had been having at our flooring distribution center in Garland.Their Commercial inspectors Ryan and Trevor came out and Identified the leaks were coming from the roof. We have a large metal roof which I didn’t think insurance would cover.These guys went above and beyond, they helped me through the insurance process. My business got a new roof and all of the damaged interior was replaced. Their painters Jeff and Eduardo were so nice and they did a great job on the Sheetrock and painting job.I am a contractor myself and My company employs contractors. There was a storm that came through my house on June 5, 2018. I called AmeriConstruction out for a property assessment they conducted a thorough inspection with photos. Their team met with my insurance adjuster to point out all the damages from the storm. They finished the work within 1 day and offered me a 50 year guarantee through GAF.They did a great job and I am very happy with their customer service and workmanship.

After a bad storm blew through our neighborhood earlier this year it seemed like everyone on our block was getting a new roof! I finally reached out to AmeriConstruction to see if I qualified for a new roof due to hail and storm damage. Trevor came out the next day and inspected my roof. I was at work and didn’t even have to be there for the appointment! He sent me pictures of the hail damage. Then I called my homeowners insurance and reported the damage. My insurance company met directly with Trevor and approved my roof the same day. It has been such an easy process! Trevor has kept updated about the progress of our project through the entire process. Our new roof was put on yesterday and we love the sharp contrast of the charcoal roof against our brick color. I would highly recommend AmeriConstruction to anyone!

Trevor and Jennifer were so responsive! Fernando and his crew, who worked on-site to replace the subfloor in my 1954 pier and beam condo worked fast and efficient and were nothing but nice and considerate. I was in the middle of a project that kept going downhill with contractors who were hard to get hold of and had long lead times to start the work, I wish I had called Americonstruction first and will definitely put them on my list for who to call first for the next project! Had some water damage. They came in and redid the floors. However there were issues with the baseboards with the nail holes not being covered and one of the floor dividers separating kitchen from living room which is squeaky when stepped upon.When asked about the baseboards the rep said to send them the bill after I fix them. I'd prefer AmeriConstruction to come out and repair because I have a busy schedule as it is and don't have time to hire another contractor to come behind AmericConstruction and fix their mistakes. Anyway, I hired a contractor on my own dime to fi their mistake and didn't bother AmericConstriction because I was tired of dealing with them.Still have squeaky floor divider but not too much of a nuisance.Service: Repair flooring

These guys are the best! They walked me through the entire process of getting my roof replaced. They did all of the negotiations with my insurance company, even went up on the roof to point out things the insurance company missed and maximized the amount I was paid to do the work. The work was done on time and they did a great job cleaning up. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you need a roof replaced or repaired you need to use these guys. Next up, they are installing some sheet rook and painting on the inside of my house! Can't wait and will follow up with a post about that job.
