Definitely would use 3 Kings Roofing again. The Wethorman" and "Cody C" have been very helpful and professional during the entire hail/storm damage process. I felt they listened to and addressed each of my concerns, and I was confident and comfortable in what they said. Any questions I had they took time to patiently answer, never making me feel rushed. Assisted me in contacting my insurance company and getting ahold of the experts necessary to get roof replacement and repairs done quickly. The old roofs were removed, and new ones installed on three buildings within 10 days from the insurance adjuster arrival.3 Kings Roofing prices were reasonable, and they worked with me on my deductible. Their selection of subs sent out for other areas of damage on outside and inside of the buildings were quality too, which displays 3 Kings Roofing caring nature. Both The Wethorman and Cody C made sure all crews were supervised and stayed on top of the project! Also, kept me within the project communication status. I couldn't be any happier and do highly recommend!

Solar buyer beware. Salesman came out gave us information and layout of panels, showed us what placement would get us the most power. The problems started there. The installer (after HOA had already approved layout of panels) took it upon himself (without permission) to make the panels more aesthetically pleasing and moved the panels to a side of the house that gets little sun. So here we are months later barely getting $100 worth of energy at peak season where the payments are $300… PLUS the additional cost of my electric bill. It just wasn’t what they said it would be and the rebate is not a guarantee either, so be ware of that information as well. It’s been frustrating. We did get ahold of the sales person, who got us to the installer just to be told it would cost hundreds of dollars per misplaced panel to get the panels moved to the originally agreed upon placement so that they would MAYBE take in as much energy as promised. Solar can be a good thing but beware the over promising the solar end of this company makes. Experience has been disappointing to say the least.

Honestly very disappointing.Sales person made a lot of promises that didn’t fall through. Installation was fast but once they took the money, it was a hunt to get the final paper work.Bushes in the backyard was severely bend, from the wood board/cover they put against it.There’s visible wires, nails, extra shingles hanging on the roof.Not sure what’s up with the good ratings but don’t recommend.

Worked with Chris Garcia to replace my roof, gutters and shed roof after tennis ball sized hail damaged them all. Chris had my roof sealed the day after the storm and made sure I had no leaks, then coordinated every stage of repair. I didn’t have to worry about a thing during the whole process. Exactly what I needed as I work a lot and don’t have time to deal with multiple contractors. Everything is back in order now and looks great! After we found a couple of paint bubble inside the house we reached out to Chris Garcia, from 3 Kings Roofing (as recommended by our son-in law, after a good job done at their house). After a couple of messages and phone calls we agreed on a date for a full roof inspection.He came on time and checked the whole roof. From his inspection he gathered that the roof, although somehow damaged by a previous storm, was in good condition and the leak(s) were not caused my the damaged roof.Chris was thorough and honest with us and allow us to find the true root cause of our leak(s). So thankful I found 3 Kings. Garrett and Chris were such wonderful people throughout the entire experience. They were patient, kind, thorough and made an unknown situation seem less burdensome. The communication and follow up was awesome and Garrett actually showed up on the install date to make sure everything was ok despite having a another supervisor on site. In a past experience I never saw or spoke to the project manager again after I signed the contract. 10/10 would recommend. Joseph Townsend with III Kings roofing was fantastic to work with and got our roof replaced with minimal hassle. We were in a complicated situation as we needed our roof replaced while we were under contract to sell the house and the buyer had some very specific concerns about the roof and gutters on our back patio awning.
