I contacted Carlos after finding him via google. I asked him if he serviced the Shiro area and he said yes he did. I told him what I was looking for and he asked for me to text him my address and he would see when he could get me in stating that he was "in the area" That was over 3 weeks ago and I havent heard a word from him. Poor customer service. If you dont want the job, just say it
