After hiring on and processing i was told no perdiem or company vehicle and i was expected to drive over 700 miles a week in my personal vehicle. After being contacted by another company i notified pmi to the fact i would not be working with them because of lack of vehicle and per diem. Person over the phone became very hostile and irate not allowing myself to speak. Not a good experience with this company. Lack of incentives.

My experience with PMI was very unsuccessful bad safety matters from all GFS safety man not proper equipment inspected never took care of our fire extinguisher tags or inspection yearly or monthly. Their vehicles are not inspected the bus they go in has a hole in the center of the bus floor they have benches instead of seats to sit on nothing is ATT ached properly they always say safety goes first but they take shortcuts and hurry on the jobs unsafe never have the right equipment for the jobs as of me I work for them and got hurt in the job was sent in an ambulance to to citizen hospital in Victoria Texas . X-rays was taken of my legs and my back where I had fallen out of a van that didn't have a step to get off of I felt all the way on gravel payment I've been hurt since then and have never been able to work they gave me a layoff and didn't pay my medical bills or even my emergency at the hospital this company does not take care of their employees as of me I would not consider anyone to work for them they even have a problem in paying you on time their checks sometimes do not clear and then you have to wait until they feel they have it in control so now if you work for this company PMI remember one thing you're an employee yes but for them you're nobody and don't care to take care of you so if you work there work safe and remember not to count on the PMI staff employee contractors or owners this is me Alicia Pena and I regret forever working for them I am disabled now for the fall I had in their van that didn't have a step on the van to get off in the gravel on my side and back hit my head and hurt myself very bad and PMI did not do nothing they laid me off didn't care didn't follow up on me what kind of company is this a company that I do not recommend for you

This is the worse company I have EVER worked for. Pay scale Is all over the place. If your friends or family of the owners or upper management you can get pay for a craft you can't even pronounce. I know one-two that is ALL family and they all make more then $20 an hour and have No craft.
