My roof was leaking when raining last weekends. So I browse roofing company and found one located same residence complex where I live. Called and spoke with Manuel. He came by same day and give me estimate for fixing roof and replace rubber boot on all pvc pipes. I have 13 yrs old house. He gave quote orally and I felt he gave me a neighborly cost which was very reasonable. He also give good 2 years warranty for the job done. Hopefully the fix will last. Now the roof is fixed and I will definitely contact him again when it’s time to replace the roof. This company did a roof repair for me where my roof had rotted. They gave me the best price around, did great work, and was able to do the work very quickly from when I first called! Manuel came out and gave me a quote the same day I called, and the next day he had his guy on my roof fixing the problem. Jose showed up and provided great customer service. Thankfully, his worker (Nika, I think) found another rotted area on the other side of my house around my bathroom vent and was able to save me from some future water issues (again!). Manual and his crew were super! We had them replace siding on our garage and originally only thought we needed minor repairs on our chimney. The chimney job turned into a much larger job in that we found wood rot once they opened it up and so they needed to replace 2 rotten studs and all of the siding on the chimney. Although the job increased in size and expense, the crew did a great job; very knowledgeable and efficient. Once the job was complete, I noticed a few spots that looked like they needed another coat of paint and Manual was very responsive sending his crew back out to take care of this issue. So impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to everyone. American Construction and Siding completed our job on 4/16/2020.
