From the initial visit to the completion of window installation, the men at Truwin were very knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I decided to replace all the windows in our 33 year old home with double paned windows to provide better insulation as well as noise reduction. The installers were on time, very efficient in their work, and left our home clean and free of any debris from the old windows. This is our second time using Truwin. The first was to install a new front door and due to that experience Truwin was our only call to change out our dated windows on the front and sides of our home. Jay is great to work with and is always quick to respond with answers and not just I will get back to you! His window installers were led by Robert. I shopped around for a while for windows. I got quotes from the cheapest most questionable windows to the most unnecessarily expensive ones. Tom Harrigan introduced us to two lines of windows--Sunrise and Earthwise. I did a lot of research on both windows and liked them both (I had looked into/met with Home Depot/Simonton, Window World, Renewal by Anderson, Power Windows, and other companies I don't recall). We had originally agreed to Sunrise windows for the house with Earthlink windows at the front since I had tall, round top windows. Tom recommended those to closely match the window surface area and style we had on our beautiful front windows. Ultimately, we just went with having all our windows be Earthwise because of the reviews I read online about them (I believe here they are a produced or manufactured through Showcase). I was nervous about the install because our windows barely had borders because the house was built around them, but they were old and aluminum and extremely inefficient. We ordered a lot of windows--28--because the house is pretty big. The install took maybe 3 days and a final day for touchups and inspection. The workers were super nice. We had breakfast and lunch together every day. I trusted them enough to leave them in my home to grab dinner with family. They were extremely respectful with our house, locked the doors upon leaving. It was a true pleasure having them in my home. Let me tell you, the windows looks spectacular. We naturally lost some window surface area, which was not going to be avoided no matter what company we went with, but these windows gave us the closest window area and shape/style to our old ones, which I loved. The house looks brand new. So pictureque. I'm sure the house went up a ton in value and I'm already starting to see the benefits of a lower electric bill. Even our neighbors started asking about them (everyone on our block has the original single pane builder windows). All of my family and friends loved the results as well. Not only was dealing with them easy--they also stayed true to their install date when there is a huge backlog for window installs. In addition, Tom was really flexible and easy to work with. Just communicate and Tom will work with you as best he can. As someone who does thorough research and multiple interviews before ever signing a contract, I will tell you this is definitely a company to consider in your lineup. They ended up being my number 1 choice after months of thorough vetting. Tom was honest and wasn't about squeezing money out of anyone. In fact, he recommended a better priced window that met our needs when he could have tried to sell us on more expensive ones. I appreciate people who deal in this manner because let me tell you--a lot of people try to sell me really expensive products and convince me that what they could deliver was life-changing. Not so. Moreover, these windows came with a lifetime manufacturer warranty that Truwin helps you get serviced if something happens with a window. Overall, I cannot be happier. So relieved to have new windows and they look fantastic on top of that! Thank you Tom, Jay, Rob, Jimmy, and Ed. Awesome working with you all!

We had a great experience with Truwin purchasing and installing a fiberglass front door. We were able to choose every detail of the door and they custom ordered it for us. We were kept informed throughout the process and as soon as the door was ready they called to schedule the install. The installers did a fantastic job, they were very careful and detailed. Installing the door took all day, not because they were slow but because they made sure everything was perfectly aligned. On top of it all, they sent their painter to match the wooden door trim to the fiberglass color. The painter got an absolutely perfect match. Great job, I would recommend them.

I can’t even say enough nice things about this company and the employees. The communication was outstanding. The wait to install was reasonable. The project was wiggled effectively around the weather to protect our house. The workmen in each stage were friendly, professional and clean. Each employee is AMAZING at their job. I sincerely had the best experience. The window is stunning and let’s in so much morning sun; it is EXACTLY what I asked for. Additionally they made it MATCH the size of the other existing windows INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. The brick work is amazing!! And the installers did not cut corners, but rather took their time to reinforce the wall to hold up the second story!!! I am a HUGE fan!!! I would not only recommend them but now I am looking where else I have I stall more windows!!!

We chose Truwin because of the quality of their windows and the overall professionalism of their staff. Jay and Tom were really easy to work with from start to finish and we are beyond happy with our windows. Our home is instantly less drafty and a lot more quiet. Now to watch those energy bills drop! We got bids from Power (horrible company) and Window World (cheaply made windows). I HIGHLY recommend going with Truwin.

This review shares my point of view on Tom Harrigan, his character, work ethics as well as his professionalism.We came to know Tom during a home show in March 2015 when we just started thinking about building and began to look for windows for our new home. We were very impressed with Tom’s vast knowledge on windows as it provided us additional information to look for in our search for proper windows for our new home.After a long research, we decided that Sunrise V Class windows are our best choice. Tom was with his previous employer when he sold us the complete window package. He went the extra mile to make sure both of us feel good on our window selection and the purchase. He worked with us, allowing time to meet up with him on the weekends to satisfy our work schedule during the weekdays. He was very patient and helped address all our questions, needs and more. He was willing to listen, explain and helped us with the best possible price to meet our budget. Tom made the sale transition smooth and seamless.Our windows were delivered and installed in February 2018. Due to too much rains in the area, construction has been hampered and our home is just now entering the finishing stage. Unfortunately, Tom’s previous employer has recently decided to close its doors. We were at our wit’s ends and very concerned with the continued servicing of our Sunrise windows. Here comes Tom and his offer to continue to honor manufacturer’s warranties through his new employer, Truwin Windows & Doors. Kent is very talented and professional.Juan and trim guys were talented and professional.Painters were good at painting. We were very happy with our door installation, up until it was time for the doors to be stained. They never came out well, and still today are poorly finished. After Tom offered to send the same people back for the 4th time, and told us it was too far for him to come look at it personally, we felt there was not much more ya'll were willing to do for us. Very disappointed in how we were treated and ignored and still left with two different color doors.

I had a full glass shattered in my back door and they came out immediately, boarded up the door so I could still use it, brought the books with them to order a new door and assisted me in selecting what would go best with my home. It was supposed to be 4 weeks on order but it came in over a week early and they put it in as soon as it came in. I couldn't be happier. The door is beautiful and now I want to do my windows also. Was on the phone with Tom Harrigan, and ask a few questions about a small project I had (single pane windows) and not only did he give me great service he recommended where to get this fixed.
