I called and asked for a quote. We decided on a date and time. I left work early to ensure I would not miss him. At 8pm I sent a text and Eric informed me he got tied up at a job. Perfectly understandable, but a call would have been nice. He then said he would come out on Saturday. I stayed home all day and had not heard from him. Again, I reached out and then he said he would get a hold of his estimator and have him come out. I had hoped to speak to Eric because if everything worked out, I had some larger projects at home and potentially at work that I wanted to discuss. No one called or showed up. Reached out a third time this week to ask what happened and if they would be coming out. No response. I saw the mostly good reviews so I thought I would give them atry. What a waste of time.

Eric did a phenomenal job helping us out! We were on an extreme time crunch and budget and he got us prepared for an appraiser when we needed it most! Hands-down best customer service and we will be referring his company to all family and friends in the coastal bend!

I just had the worst phone call with Ernest, an associate in this company. We have a couple of big projects at a new house and I asked for a quote. He called me to ask if I have other people coming by to give me a quote because he didn't want to waste his time. I told him, if you think coming to see a potential customer is a waste of time, you are providing bad customer service. He was so rude. I couldn't believe what he was saying. So yes Ernest, I'm going to look for another contractor and handyman like you suggested.

Poor quality work done by unsupervised and unskilled employees. We paid half their charges upfront but had to fire them for 1) poor work quality, 2) arriving late to the job, 3) not coming to work on days they said they would. They WOULD NOT REFUND remainder of the MONEY we paid upfront. This was several thousands $$. Do NOT use.
