I had about 6 different company's interested in replacing my roof after the hail storm. Phil from advantage was by far the most professional and followed through with his commitment. Did a great job explaining the process and was responsive. It was painless and he had good control over his contractors. I'd recommend Phil and Advantage roofing to anyone. Roof looks great and they did a good job on the clean up. Phil is a hard worker and made sure I was happy along the way. I'm a Very happy customer. I just don't want it to hail again.

We were so happy to work with a company that provided quality service, at the time promised, and left us with quality products, both roof and gutters. The Crew doing the work was excellent, including full detailed clean up of the site at conclusion of the job. We had a full roof, gutters & fencing replacement after the hail storm. We had such a positive and professional experience with Phil and the rest of the Advantage Roofing crew. This was the first time we needed to have our roof replaced and the experience couldn't have been better. In addition to our roof we also had a leak on an exterior wall that made its way into one of our rooms. While this wasn't part of the insurance claim, Phil made sure this was taken care of as well. On top of all the great work from the crew, Phil was responsive to the nth degree whether it was via text, phone or in person. I will definitely take advantage of Advantage Roofing again if any of the other services they provide are ever needed. AND I will absolutely recommend them if anyone is in need of a good, honest, efficient team.

Additionally we opted for the class 4 shingle which provides us with a discount with our home owners insurance. I am very pleased with the service Phil provided. Our house is almost 10 years old and we thought it had suffered hail damage over the years. I contacted Advantage Roofing and Phil came to inspect the roof. To our surprise, the roof has very little damage and will not cause any problem. Phil suggested that we do not need to file a claim with the insurance. I truly appreciate his professionalism, honesty and punctuality. Although I do not need to get my roof replaced, I would definitely use Phil's service in the future and highly recommend it to others.

I wish all companies were are professional, honest, thorough and as easy to work with as Phil Goodwin and Advantage Roofing. This is the second time we have used them. The first time was to replace a leaking skylight. This last time was to replace the roof after all the recent hail storms in Prosper. Both times Phil was very detailed in the info. provided, made sure we understood everything, walked us through the process, and even worked with our insurance company on our behalf when the insurer missed several obvious hail damage repairs that should have been included in their estimate. I think the thing that impressed me the most though was Phil’s responsiveness. I have rarely ever worked with contractor who always either answers the phone right away or returns texts, emails and messages promptly. Phil is someone who does. I wasn’t always able to discuss issues during the day due to work so sometimes I had to call or text late in the evening. Phil was always there, either answering the phone or returning my texts and was always on top of everything that needed to be done. A 110% professional and honestly just a great person in general. If you need a roofing or repair contractor, Phil and Advantage are the guys to call in Prosper!

Phil came out today after a windstorm blew shingles off my roof. He did an inspection and told me that the roof did not need to be replaced yet. I just needed my shingles put back on, and Phil was kind enough to do it while he was here. I wanted to pay him for his work, but he didn't want to charge me. Phil is a good guy and I will definitely hire his company in the future.

The service was extremely fast and painless, and they even used nails instead of staples like most cheap companies. With the recent heavy rain, I discovered signs of two leaks in my roof. I called Advantage because they were local and they were open on a Sunday. With more rain in the forecast, I was happy that they could come out and provide me with an estimate on the same day. Well, not only did they show up in short order and provide me with a fair estimate, they also took care of the work! And they didn't just do the work agreed to in the estimate, they also took care of some additional little things they saw needed fixing at no extra charge! Thank you Phil and Martin! Great guys! I will remember Advantage next time for my roofing needs.

Phil inspected my house for hail damage. While he was inspecting roof he did some minor repairs at no charge. He stated roof is in good condition and does not require replacement. Other roof contractors advised me to have roof replaced and would have costed me thousands. I believe Phil is honest and trying to be fair rather trying just make an extra buck.

This was super fast once the work got started. I had issues with our HOA approval process because they just switch management companies. Phil helped me navigate the process and made the costs easy to understand. He didn’t try to upsell where it wasn’t needed and was very honest. Will definetly recommend him and if we have any other items needing repair that Advantage Roofing does we will be a repeat customer.
