I’m writing this review for my grandmother Wanda Durham! For anyone that needs roof repair or and new roof I would highly recommend Banks Roofing! Steve and Sheryl Banks are down home folks who give and keep their word. Their staff was very polite and hard working people and it only took them one day! They also put up new gutters all around my house! Everything was done in a very nice and orderly manner as they said it would be! Mr. Banks was a very likable man but when it came down to doing the work it took forever for them to get us scheduled. Took half of our money but never heard from them until we started to get in touch numerous times. Finally got them to come do the work but few things were not finished or needed repair and we could never get them back out to finish. Not sure what their issues are but I would not recommend them to anyone. It’s like they don’t care. We want to like them but we’ve given up, extremely poor business to deal with.Service: Roof installation
