On Saturday morning I discovered I had a leak in the roof falling into the attic area. I called Charles mid morning, explained the situation and then he explained all of the situations that I might be faced with. He sent a crew out in the afternoon and all that was needed was some caulk around the vent and to tack down some shingles. Charles communicated with me during the repair process and I'm thrilled to have the repair done at a really fair price.

Chris and team are second to none! In February we were hit with significant hail damage. Chris was recommended by a friend. What impressed me was that when I reached out initially, he was with family on a vacation and still took my call rather than send me to voicemail!I told Chis that we did not appear to have any leaks so I could wait two days for him to return to the area.Once he stepped in, he took care of all the details of working with my insurance and adjuster to make sure the process was seamless.We now have a new roof, new gutters, windows are back in working order and all staining/painting finished perfectly!

I recently hired Chris @ Tier 1 Solutions to do my roof replacement, painting and other miscellaneous items on the exterior of my home in Frisco. Keep in mind that this was shortly after the recent DFW hail storms. I am sure Chris and his crews were insanely busy but Chris was always available and even communicating while on a family vacation. Chris made me feel like I was his only customer and his top priority throughout the process. The workers at Tier 1 Solutions do great, quality work, keep clean job sites and are very professional. I highly recommend Chris and Tier 1 Solutions.
