Alliance contracting and repairs LLC completed our roof on March 27 in a timely and professional manner. Robert was on site during the job. His team was very professional and courteous. They started the job at 8 o’clock that morning and had completed by four and the cleanup was exceptional, if I ever need anything else done I will reach back out to this company as well as Robert. Robert and his crew are hardworking, kind, and excellent at their craft! Their work was efficient and timely, while maintaining the highest quality.We had all the floors in our two story home redone and the process went smoothly.Their attention to every detail especially, has made our home look beautiful!I also want to note when I originally asked for quotes from Robert, I asked for high quality vinyl throughout the whole home, even upstairs. Robert asked a bunch of life style questions and got to know us and actually suggested we choose carpet instead for upstairs for a wide variety of reasons. Even though he would have made more money installing vinyl upstairs, he knew it would not be best for us. He also gave us realistic timeliness. He under promised and over delivered in every way. That kind of integrity matters to me and my husband.He has definitely gained a permanent client in us.

Robert and his team at Alliance Contracting have been amazing!! I had hail damage and wind damage on my roof and parts of my house from a storm earlier this year. Robert helped me understand the things my insurance company was too busy to do. With my roof, if I went with a certain class/product, I would save money on my homeowner's policy. I followed up with my insurance company, and sure enough, I will be saving $550.00! Alliance is a CERTIFIED installer for GAF, so I received a Certification directly from GAF with an extended warranty along with my warranty from Alliance. I'm currently scheduled for my siding to be replaced due to termite damage, and the entire house will be painted. I am so excited about the project plans Robert and I have worked on and are in progress. I will update my review as soon as we paint the house so everyone can see it before and after!

Robert and his team renovated a rental property for us several years ago and did a phenomenal job, so we connected with them again for a roof replacement on one of our occupied rental properties. I had a huge mess on my hands after tenants had trashed a rental property. Robert and his team started immediately cleaning and restoring the house and yard and have done excellent work. You get no-nonsense, reasonable bids and the work is done the right way, and on time. Robert has been easy to work with and always responsive. What else could you want? Quality contractors are hard to find, hire with confidence!
