I had a great experience with 360. They were friendly and professional about the job. I had another company give me an estimate that was $6000 more than what 360 quoted. My insurance was pushing back with the other company but 360 was able to work with insurance to get all work and costs covered. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had concerns of a roof leak, due to moisture coming in on my foundation from one of my walls, and called 360 Innovations to come out and inspect.The inspector came out, looked in the attic, climbed all over the roof, and even looked at my gutters and found nothing wrong. I was actually hoping he'd find a problem so that I knew how to fix my foundation moisture problem, and I even told the inspector that. He said "I wish I found a problem for you, but I didn't."He told me he found some minor hail damage, but nothing that required repair anytime soon. It was very refreshing to have an honest roofing company tell me the truth, as opposed to all of the shady companies that knock on your door and tell you your roof is about to fall apart and needs a full replacement. Although I didn't purchase any services from this company, I really appreciated the honesty and will be contacting them again for any future roofing needs.Service: Roof inspection

I have contacted four roofing contractors, all four of whom have examined my roof. Clint with 360 Innovative Roofing Company has been exceptional. He is the only one working to help me obtain a favorable, fair outcome with my insurance company, even though all four companies feel my roof needs to be replaced. Up until now my insurance has indicated they will not replace or repair my roof. Only time will tell the outcome, but I applaud the effort on my behalf being put forth by 360 Innovative Roofing Company. I hope I can update my comments at a later date.

Great company and employees!! After a long search of finding the right company to fix our roof, we finally found this company. My mother's roof looks so much better after being replaced. Clint and Donovan made the process so much easier for my mother. They even lent a helping hand with working with the insurance company. I'm so glad she found them!Also, Ryan completed work on our chimney! Looks brand new! Ryan was great to work with because he put in extra time and effort to make sure the job was completed correctly.

I waited several months after the hail storm to have my roof replaced.Jacob and 360 were straight forward on information, they are local, he was also knowledgeable on how the claims work (my first).The roof was replaced quickly and cleanly, as in no leftover shingles or nails. Jacob followed through to the end, and was very pleasant to work with.These guys care about their business, they do good work, and obviously care about the customer.Solid.

GentlemanYour sales rep Jacob Luther, is very knowledgeable in his job and he knows how to treat his clients. I was looking to have my dad's roof replaced. A friend of mine recommended Jacob Luther with 360 Innovations Roofing Company. I set an appointment with him to come out to inspect my dad's roof. After his inspection, he explained to me what he had found. I needed to contact my Ins. Agent to have them to inspect my dad's roof. I was told I wasn't getting a new roof. However the Ins. Agent agreed with Mr. Luther that I needed to replace two skylights that had cracked. Mr. Luther seems to be very passionate about his job. Mr. Luther informed me that he could order the skylights and could have them installed . When he ordered them he kept me informed as to when they would be in. Once they came in Mr. Jacob came over and installed my skylights. Working with Mr. Luther has been a pleasure. He is honest and very tentative to his clients need. We worked with Zach Echols and he was great. The insurance company did not want to cover our full roof even though everyone around us had to. He worked with our insurance company and we got the whole roof replaced :) He helped make sure everything was complete and done correctly. Nice not having to find different contractors for roof, windows, garage, gutters, etc. Very reliable and nice to work with. Highly recommend.

10/26/2016My mom had been trying for several years to get Allstate to replace or repair her roof due to hail damage.  Neighbors all around us were getting roofs so I knew we also had damage.  I contacted 360 Innovations Roofing and they gave us a very good price and they did a great job.They were there when they said and they put on the shingles we asked plus everything was cleaned up very nicely after they finished.Very nice and knowledge people.  Would definitely use them again when needed.

Words cannot express how appreciative to this company for the professional and quality work they provided to my aunt on March 20th 2017 . She ended up needing a whole new roof with new decking for a 40 year old multigeneration home. My aunt is a senior citizen who is very private and pretty much " off the grid" ( which is why I am writing on her behalf) and she is very careful and selective about who she conducts business with. I located 360 Innovations for her via Google search and they were very responsive and swift in reaching out to her and getting an estimate completed at her home. She informed me that she felt very comfortable with the staff, and commended their patience with her and helping her understand everything that was needed to be done to get her new roof on. They carefully explained how they would process the claim with her insurance company ( which was a much smoother conversation than the one she previously had with the original preferred contractor recommended by the insurance that she decided against using for this project) which put her at ease. I actually talked to her via phone while they were working that day and she admired the courteous nature of the staff and they respected her concerns and looped her into all the developments as the work was progressing throughout the day. She stated that she researched the materials they used and it was top grade. The supervisor sent a picture of the work to me once the work was completed and it was well done. They were neat and respectful of my aunt's neighbors and their property. We would highly recommend this company for residential/ commercial work for anyone you know. My family is thankful for this company taking the time to provide a quality roof with a warranty for my aunt.

Jacob with 360 Innovations did a great job on my mother-in-law's house. He replaced all of the rotted wood, power washed it to remove chipping paint, and did a beautiful job painting it. I never even had to go meet him (we live a ways out). He went over there when I asked him to, gave me a very reasonable quote, told me when he'd be there to start work, and he did exactly what he said he'd do and finished when he said he would. I'm very pleased with this company and Jacob. :)

I want to thank 360 Innovations and Will especially for his help in getting the roof replaced at the home we just bought and were attempting to by at the time at in Dallas, TX. They all did an excellent job and we love the roof. However, I just want the powers that be to know that we would have NOT proceeded with buying the home had I not talked to Will. Because of the rain in the area, we kept going back and forth with the seller and his listing agent over the roof.We decided that we would NOT buy the home unless the roof was replaced on the house and detached garage. We were told by the home inspector that there was no hail damage on the roof. However, Will told my realtor that there was and that the roof needed to be replaced. I was ready to walk away from the deal, but Will really put my mind at ease. Will said he would come through and get the seller's insurance to pay for the roof replacement, and THAT he did! Today, we are in the home and it has a new roof on it. This is all THANKS to the efforts of Will. I will always recommend this roofing company since Will made a believer out of me.

I had called several companies, 360 Innovations actually had someone answer the phone. I had a leak but didn't know where. They were quick to send someone out to check my roof. Not only did they figure it out, they fixed the problem (leak was from the roof vents). After calling other roofers for about a week, 360 Innovations answered, responded and fixed the problem in 2 days. They actually could have done it in 1 day but I couldn't be home the day I called them.

After having 3-4 other companies out and no one being able to find out why water was coming through ceiling when we had blowing hard rains, 360 Innovations Roofing came out and found the problem immediately. They got up on roof and found the problem was with our fireplace chimney, took pictures to show us the problem and gave us a bid. The work was completed and we have not had any problems with leaks. We will definitely use them again if we have any other roof problems.

I would recommend you inquire about their employees criminal past prior to allowing them in your home. Their warranty is a joke and most likely are not valid. Even if the work is incomplete or they flat out misdiagnose your roofing issue. To add insult to injury, every dime that was paid out for their services (Or lack there of) to their shady project managers never found its way back to the company. Apparently receipts are illegitimate. Best advice if your are this desperate for a sub contractor... Document EVERYTHING, be prepared to seek counsel and pray for sunshine.

Called 360 for what I thought was a leak. Not only did they arrive that same day, but also did not charge anything as there was no leak (only a squirrel who had opened a roof vent). Truly great experience with this company and his owner. HIGHLY recommend!!!
