We signed a contract on 6.6.21 due to our home flooding with the freeze. Our home is in shambles and they have been nonresponsive for over a month now, after taking $70,000. Not even 20% of the work is done, my house is destroyed and we have had to seek legal counsel.I also found out that they hire felonious criminals. They do NOT run background checks on the people that will be in your home. They are also very aware that these people have records. Don’t believe me? Ask them! They legally cannot lie to you about this.Lastly, when we signed our contract, they had 4 reviews. They have over 20 just in the last 4-5 months and these are fake. I threatened to post a bad review when they stopped coming out and low and behold, a ton popped up. Our attorney will be using this as part of the case since this is a deceptive business/marketing act.Look at the pics of my home. Please save yourself the heartache and misery. Find another contractor. These guys are storm chasers.

Due to the early spring freeze, our home had a water line burst and caused extensive damage to our floors and our kitchen. After vetting four different contractors, we decided to go with Arapaho and needless to say, I am so pleased that we did! They were very transparent regarding the process, the timeline, and the expected costs of the project. They were great partners with our insurance company as well.We were able to get our flooring replaced, and our kitchen restored in a timely manner, even with a multitude of other projects going on. I would certainly recommend using Arapaho to anyone considering renovation for their homes!

Eric and company of arapaho did the fastest roofing job I ever saw. They started one morning and they were cleaned up an out by noon the very next day. The quality of the work was excellent. I was referred to Arapaho Construction through a coworker of mine after our pipe burst from the Snow Storm in Texas. We had called another plumber before but he didn't know what he was doing, he cut up our walls and ended up not even finding the pipe. I called Arapaho Construction and the next day they were able to send someone over, he was able to find the pipe immediately! The pipe was fixed in under 2 hours and we finally have hot water again after 4 days. The rest of the team have also been very helpful, they are helping us with insurance to file a claim and to fix any other damages we got from the storm. I highly recommend this company, the staff is very nice and communication is also amazing. I will be using them from now on whenever I have a problem.

I had Arapaho Roofing put on a new roof for my property in Burkburnett, Texas right after a major hailstorm badly damaged the existing roof that I had at the property. They upgraded the shingles to make my property more resistant to another storm, completed the work efficiently and cleaned everything up in a timely fashion. About a month ago when we had a major storm that knocked one of my tree limbs loose and onto my roof. I gave Arapaho Roofing a call and a gentleman by the name of Jacob came by. He inspected my roof and found some damage not only from the limb, but from past years of my roof taking a hard pounding from mother nature.
