A few months ago we experienced a hail storm and contacted our roofing provider which provided us services back in 2917. Nate Boomer contacted me and began a thorough evaluation of our roof and determined it could use to be replaced due to the damage suffered inbound recent storms. Nate quickly responded to my request to checkout my roof leak. Turned out to be a caulking issue around one pipe on the roof. He inspected all the pipes and caulked all of them. We have used Avco Roofing for full roof replacement on 2 of our homes. Nate and his team are very professional and give great detail to their work from start to finish of project. They do a fantastic job with clean up as well… it has been 3 weeks and several severe storms with heavy rain and wind and we have found not 1 nail escape our downspouts! I seriously hate doing reviews. I almost NEVER give 5-stars. However, I have bought 2 roofs from these folks. Once in flo-mo and once here in HV. They called ME this last time after the hail storm to set up a time and they even got in contact with the new owners of our last house to help them out with the warranty. I’m in customer service myself. It’s HARD sometimes to please you people. This company goes above and beyond. Very impressed guys. The roof and all the necessary repairs were completed two days, contractors for other items that had to be replaced were rolling in on schedule. This part is key- they cleaned up after they were done! I didn’t find a single nail! Nate worked with my insurance company and pointed out damaged I didn’t even see!
