I'm writing this review for my Mom Pauline Pedroza whom is 82 years old and does not use a computer. Isaac is very professional and a HONEST person. Isaac first met with the insurance adjuster and once he completed the paperwork for my Mom he came by to discuss what needed to be repaired. I was present at the meeting to help my Mom with anything she didn't understand and I myself asked questions. Isaac was very detailed "To a T." He explained line by line from his tablet and also had print out of what he explained. He is patient and I would interrupt him and ask a question and he always was able to answer my questions. Isaac also told my Mom that the roof would be completed the day they started, and he was true to his word. He also told her the amount it would cost for repairs and explained what funds he would collect that day which a portion was the insurance and the other portion my Mom. He told her when they would deliver the material they would use, and what time they would start taking the old roof shingles off and replacing it with the material he delivered. Isaac and his crew did an excellent job. I told my Mom her house looks brand new and that her house had a makeover. Isaac is a young person and he stands behind his word and his crew. I highly recommend Isaac and his team. My Mom and I can't believe the awesome job they did. Don't hesitate to hire Isaac and his crew, you will not have any regrets. Isaac was great from start to finish. He completed my roof in half a day with the quality of work well past my expectations. Unfortunately due to my fault my insurance company would not cover it but Isaac treated the situation in a professional manner and the price point was better than expected. Joshua went above and beyond on the level of customer service to help me any way he could to prepare my mom's house for sale. Very responsive to every Insurance claim issue I ran into. He thoroughly explained the process and then followed thru. The new shingles look great, and cleanup was impeccable! Enjoyed seeing photos of every step performed as they tore down to the decking and then added new improved underlayment. I moved into a home with a flat roof over a sunroom that had been sealed by RR by the previous owner.After moving in, the roof developed a leak and RR went above and beyond to fully replace the section of the roof with the leak. I was blown away that they honored their warranty even though I wasn’t the home owner who had installed their roof! Easy to work with and people with a lot of integrity.

Isaac and his team did a great job. He performed a roof inspection and provided me with photos and explained the damage he saw. He walked me through the claim filing process, and told me what to expect each step along the way. He went over their products and explained the positive features of each component of the roof. When the claims adjuster came out, Isaac outlined to him the findings that he went over with me. On installation day his crew arrived early and got started. He texted me pictures of the progress being made, and showed me places where the decking had rotted. They replaced the defective decking and completed the installation by 3:00. I received substantial rain over the past couple of days, and there appear to be no issues with the roof.One early morning meeting with Isaac had to be canceled, and he arrived late for another one, but I live in southwest Fort Worth and Rushing is located northeast of Dallas, so some grace can definitely be extended in that regard. He inspected my roof after I told him there was a leak in my closet, covered it so it would not leak with a storm that was coming and I had not even agreed to let him repair my roof at this point. He also took a ton of pictures so I could submit them to my insurance company. Once approved he told me step by step what the procedure was and how long it would take. I am so happy that I went with Rushing Roofing to fix the hail damage on my roof and around my house. They were with me every step of the way and assisted me through submitting a claim to my insurance company. They also took and sent me pictures of the damage and they showed up when my adjuster came to assess the damage and made sure EVERYTHING was covered under the claim- even down to a tote I had in the back yard that was destroyed by the hail. They also included free upgrades to include a higher rated shingles and a stronger mat on the roof and upgraded gutters (insurance only paid for plastic gutters). They worked around these crazy storms we've had lately and got it all done pretty quickly. Isaac and Keyley are honestly so humbling and caring people. They knocked on my door and did a free inspection after the crazy storms here in Royse City Tx. Before a we even started the claim process they tarped all the areas on my roof DAY they inspected! I was so shocked at how quick and caring they were. They truly understood the need we had to protect our newly purchased home. This is also our first! They worked with the insurance adjuster who showed up to show the damages and even explained everything once they left.
