We were left with a crack between the tub and tile. We pretty much worked with Luke. When we had an issue, we were always told it's on Ryan's desk to take care of. Of course, we didn't really hear much from Ryan until we owed the last payment (1700ish of a 15,000 job). We asked for this to be fixed before paying the last payment he threatened to take us to court but said to make the payment, and he would take care of it. Of course, a few weeks later, he said that wasn't his company's responsibility....Yes thats there tile work.

They fixed my tile in guest bathroom it was so easy they helped with tile choice, clearing old tile out to laying new tile in less than a week 48. Awesome workThe easy of working with them was so nice will use them again

Spire Roofing has been amazing! My new roof looks fantastic, they helped identify some major issues I had no clue about that were on the brink of causing damage to the interior of my home, and made sure the repairs were completed perfectly. Nothing about dealing with insurance claims is fun, but they made the process as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend them for your roofing and restoration needs.

Spire Construction saved the day for me! Starting with Elliot Presser and Ryan Seale, co-owners of Spire as well as their Project Manager, Tony Robles, they were like Angels in construction gear! All of their sub-contractors were highly skilled and did a great job! Take it from me, they're honest, reliable and they keep their promises. Tony Robles was our Project Manager and what impressed me and my family the most is that Tony always had a genuine smile. He always communicated with me. He is very detail oriented. He followed through on everything that I requested and he's not afraid to get his hands dirty. He's an exceptionally amiable fellow; a real delight to interact with.There are so few contractors out there who are honest like Spire Construction that it's such a pleasure to find a group of people like these folks. They were truly a Blessing for me and I recommend them wholeheartedly for whatever project you have in mind. Based on my experience, you will be pleased with these folks.

Just had Spire Construction & Remodeling do a tub to shower conversion on my guest bathroom. They were referred to me by 3 different people who had no connection to one another, so that right there says a lot. I am absolutely AMAZED by the quality of their work and very reasonable costs. Ryan, Luke and Tony were all great to work with. Always responsive and kept me up to speed on the entire process. They have gained a customer for life and I cannot wait for my master shower to begin. They're professional and dependable. After my first tenant vandalized my first rental property, I was overwhelmed and had no idea how to move forward. Spire came to the rescue! Spire provided a fair quote for the amount of work that needed to be done and even let me buy some of the supplies to cut down on costs. We used Spire for freeze damage repair from the Winter storm based up on a recommendation from a friend - the y did good job on drywall repairs and were very responsive and good at getting our insurance claim supported and approved - where they were not good is in supervision of the subs they hired, being present and solving problems as they came up, communication with the homeowner as work progressed, preventing multiple delays in getting the work done ( took 5 months for a16k job ) they were able to get us covered on problems that created floor damage created during the repair process - so job is completed and we are 5 month s later happy with the end result - but their process was painful, piecemeal and think they need better training of their project managers. They are good folks, and they made everything right at the end of the day.... but they may have some Company growing pain problems that you would need to be willing to manage through if you are going to use them.Services: Paint indoors, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Repair flooring, Drywall repair

Highly recommend Spire Construction and Remodeling. Ryan came out less than 24 hours after I contacted him and he fixed the gate latch to my fence. Not only did he do that, but he added a board to our fence (stained, so it matches!) to keep our gate from malfunctioning again (fence was not installed by Spires). I would highly recommend Spires C&R to anyone!!
