I found Lazaro on Google after another Contractor had left the job unfinished and most of the things that they had done were done incorrectly. On short notice, one day to be exact, Lazaro came in and helped men to get the job finished the right way. My mother is disabled and he was remodeling so I could move her to Houston to be closer to family. Lazaro went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend his service to anyone. Top Notch is truly as their name states.Lazaro and Nene came to our home and helped us update and repair our home. We started with one room and continued using them throughout our home. We are clients for life.They are punctual, detail oriented, thorough, honest, and do what it takes to get the job done to the clients’ complete satisfaction. We cannot put into words how grateful we are to have found this company.They have helped us with removing popcorn ceilings, installing additional lighting, crown molding installation, painting, removing and enclosing a wet bar and converting it to a closet, prep and install tile on both floor and wall, drywall repair, termite damage remediation. We are currently planning a bathroom renovation which we will be using them for.We will not use another contractor in our home unless it is out of Lazaro’s scope of expertise (which is not much). He will tell you if he needs to use another expert to help you get the results you desire. He will not try to do something unless he feels confident he can do it to his high standards.This team treated our home as their own. Cleaned up after themselves each and every day.
