Kelly was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. As an engineer, I’m always looking at the details and he was able to answer all of my questions and even provide recommendations on how he would handle my wood rot problem without breaking my project budget should this be his own house.The work crew was also great, answering any questions I had during the process. They were able to replace and paint siding / trim on the front and second story of my house with Hardy and the difference is notable. The house went from looking like it was old and falling apart to looking brand new.Great attention to detail, workmanship, and responsiveness. Kelly, Roy and the team were fantastic! The quoting process was fast, thorough and efficient. The installation team really shined by refusing to install the siding the supplier sent out (dirty, stained) and made the job harder on themselves by waiting another day for good materials than taking the easy route and installing the dirty siding. At every step, Advanced did exactly what they said they would do. The crews were respectful, careful and very helpful. They replaced all of our siding, soffits, fascia and trim with James Hardie products and painted the house in less than seven working days. They hauled all the waste off and left the job-site clean. We have received numerous compliments on the quality of the job. I would recommend them to anyone. Our crew leader, Rudy, was a great guy.

I have high expectations from contractors and do a lot of research before hiring. Save yourself the time and go with Advanced Home Exteriors. I replaced the wood siding on 3 sides of my house with hardie lap, and some companies barely texted back. Advanced Home Exteriors acted like they wanted the job (were responsive and accommodating, but in no way aggressive), quoted the lowest price, were able to schedule the job in ~1 week, and did a great job.They were super easy to work with and had great office support, which usually means more $$$, but not in this case. I even skipped the gutter scope at first, and had my previous gutter contractor quote it, but Advanced Home ended up being cheaper. I also couldn't be onsite for the job, so they texted me photos every day.Real professionals to work with, you won't be disappointed.Service: Exterior painting

After several quotes, we chose Advanced Home Exteriors for our project. Kelly Smart, our initial contact, is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions prior to starting our project. He is very responsive. Elvis, the foreman, and his crew were very professional, helpful and easy to work with. They did a great job last month (June) on our HardiePlank siding, repairing our 2 dormers and 2 columns in front of the house, and repairing the soffit and fascia. We received two bids for hardie plank siding but chose Advanced Home Exteriors; Kelly was very professional and timely in getting his bid back to us and even suggested a meeting with a Sherwin Williams consultant to go over paint colors (which we did take advantage of). I'm glad we went with them. They did an excellent job! The house looks 1000 times better. Excellent paint job as well. Great attention to detail. They even let me know about a small water leak in one of the kitchen pipes which allowed me time to get a plumber to fix. Also Kelly was not salesly at all. Gave me his honest opinion and didn't try to sale me on something I didn't need. Would definitely recommend!Service: Exterior painting

We were extremely pleased with the work we had done through Advanced Home Exteriors. We've done an extensive remodel of our entire home, so we've been working with numerous contractors from several different trades. There is no question that the siding and paint crew sent to our home by Advanced Home Exteriors was the best of them. Their crews showed up before they said they would and started work right on time, cleaned up after themselves daily, did a phenomenal job, and interacted with us as homeowners to ensure we were happy (especially when presented with options on how the material could be installed). I cannot say enough about that crew.My only disappointment with this transaction was related to the gutter screens. Once they were installed, I believed the wrong screens were used, but Kelly and Andrew quickly got back with me and verified the correct material was used. Andrew came back out to my house within a week to work on a solution. We called Kelly to come check a leak that we thought was covered under warranty for the install he performed for the previous homeowner. After we went through the language, we both agreed that it wasn’t covered, but Kelly still offered to come by and check it out while he was in the area, just in case my diagnosis was incorrect. He arrived, we found the leak, and he fixed the issue that happened to be unrelated to his original scope of work because it was an “easy fix”. That level of customer service is unmatched these days. Advanced Home Exteriors replaced all siding with Hardie Plank, replaced any rotten wood and painted. The representative made suggestions during the initial consultation that worked out very well. The crew that performed the work were all very talented professionals that worked hard and asked questions along the way to make sure we were all on the same page. It was obvious from the first day that the crew worked well together and were all very experienced. They cleaned up the job site at the end of every work day and got everything back in place upon completion of the job. I was very pleased with advanced Home Exteriors in every respect from the moment I met Kelly Smart to each and every person I met from the work crews and sub-contractors. I could not have asked for more from the workers; they exceeded my expectations with regards to professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to work with me on the repairs to our home: Roof Replacement, Exterior Wood Work Replacement, Painting, New Gutters, and Patio Replacement. I was very impressed with how organized they were, and as my wife said, "our driveway and patio have never been *this* clean." They controlled all the debris and really cleaned up after themselves. All the while, they did not ask anything of me, which allowed me to work at my own job while I was at home. I had Hardi-plank siding installed and the exterior painted. The ETA for completion was 5 days and it was done in 4. They did a beautiful job with attention to detail. They returned the following week to install gutters. I intend to use them when my roof needs replacing in a few years as well. I found them on the official Hardi-plank website and I’m so glad I did. Advanced Home Exteriors was very responsive from start to finish on the siding replacement for my house. They were knowledgeable and sensitive to pricing during the quoting process. They staged the material at my house a few days before they began. During the replacement of siding we had a couple days of rain that delayed the work, but Advanced Home Exteriors was quick to let me know that they would not be able to work that day due to weather. The crew that did the work was very courteous and kept the yard clean from debris. I was very happy that everything went as planned.

Roof work was done well, on-time, and at the agreed-upon pricing with no surprises. The crew doing the work was courteous and it was easy for us to go about our day while the work was being done. The best part of the experience was working with Kelly - he was super responsive and always available, took care of and optimized all of my insurance paperwork (jumping through all of the hoops), thoroughly answered all of my questions, and had lots of good ideas and tips for our house, even outside of the roof work. I recently had my windows, siding and gutters replaced. I solicited 4 estimates and choose Advanced Home Exteriors. The pricing was reasonable but more important, I felt very comfortable with the products and the process of the entire job. Kelly was a pleasure to work with.
