First off let me tell you how uneasy and anxious it can be to find out you need a new roof. I mean who ever thinks about the roof when you aren't experiencing problems? I initiated a claim through my homeowner's insurance (since that is the reason I have insurance) and the claim was almost automatically denied. The company told me it could be repaired and would be less than my deductible so the expectation was to pay for the repairs on a 15 year old roof. Didn't make sense to me to I reached out to Mark Gobert @ All Covered Roofing. He explained exactly what to expect and went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the entire process. We needed to get an independent appraisal for the roof as the insurance would not budge. Initially I was skeptical that I would ever be approved; however, Mark being the professional he is and knowing the industry as well as he does, was able to get everything handled.Once the approval was issued, the real work began. The whole crew at All Covered Roofing were extremely professional and used the best materials. They even set up netting around my home to catch all the loose nails that came from the removal process. There were some decking boards that needed to be replaced in the process and they came prepared to do all that needed to be done to get the job completed CORRECTLY! There are likely companies out there that would've cut those corners as I wouldn't ever have known, but when you get professional workmanship, you rest easy. I've never had a roof replaced before but I know who I will call when I need it again.Hands down the best experience I've had with a contractor bar none. We just had our roof replaced by All Covered Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone!All Covered Roofing was recommended to us by a close friend who just had a great experience with them. When Mark first came out to inspect our roof, we could tell immediately he was professional, experienced, respectful, and detail oriented. Mark walked us through the insurance claim process. When we were approved by our insurance company, Mark explained it to us in detail how he would replace our roof, recommended shingles to choose for our house, etc. The day before the roof replacement, Irvin came and carefully put the netting around the house for protection. On the day of the roof replacement, Mark’s team kept us informed of the progress by sending us the drone pictures. A few decking boards were rotten and were replaced right away with supplies on standby. Our roof was replaced on schedule and the new roof looked great. I highly recommend All Covered Roofing from beginning to end of roof installation. They went to bat for me with my insurance company and asked me to trust the process. I definitely trust this company and their team of professionals! They were very responsive and respectful of my property before, during and after new roof installation.They use a state of the art covering to protect windows, doors, plants and house from falling debris called Catch-All. It literally catches all the nails and roofing materials during tear-off. The roofing team was fast! You never have to worry about anything, as a project consultant will be onsite from start to finish. I woke up with a deteriorated roof and had a brand new roof by the afternoon! Not only that, all the debris was removed from property and driveway was power washed! I don’t know any other roofing company that does that as part of their service. Amazing!The entire All Covered Team were very respectful, nice and went above and beyond for my home. I’m sure they do this for all their customers but made it feel so personalized. All covered roofing was recommended to us for a roof replacement. My husband did roofing many moons ago , he knew what and HOW he wanted it ! Mark , the owner , came out inspected, measured and replaced our roof and gutters. His crew was on time , organized and we haven’t seen this type of prep work. Wow ! Many nettings were involved to protect our windows , brick and landscaping day before they started. They finished on time and the work was done ans promised including drip edge, flashing , vents protrusions replaced. All questions were answered and even followed up with us days later after rained to see if any leaks. As a courtesy they power washed driveway and that was not expected. A bonus in fact ! Shout out to Adam Pias and All Covered Roofing. They were replacing roofs in my area. I asked if they could inspect mine. I was leery they would find multiple issues since it was the original roof and 20 yrs old. I was hesitant to mention I had heard some noise in the attic. I was really concerned of a potential opening to allow squirrels etc. to enter. The roof was inspected the following day. No damage warranting shingle replacement was noted . No potential entry sites. He later examined the remainder of the house looking at openings around the soffits. He did notice a small leak under the front porch ceiling . Further examination revealed a loose shingle which he repaired.While the roof does not need to be replaced at this time, the professionalism and honesty of this gentleman who represented All Covered Roofing speaks volumes. Just a few days prior to his arrival another roofer had posted info about unscrupulous practices of roofing companies on FB in my subdivision. I was prepared for all the tricks. I was thrilled to interact with someone who was honest and had integrity. When the roof needs to be replaced , this company will definitely be on the call list. Again your honesty about my roofing needs were greatly appreciated

I am so impressed with Adam Pias with All Covered Roofing. My roof had slight damage from the storm over the weekend. After working hard tarping homes in Needville, Adam drove to my house to fix a minor problem and make sure the rest of the roof was not damaged. I do not think I could get that level of service from any other company! Thank you again Adam!

We recently had our roof replaced by Mark/All Covered Roofing. We had a great experience with Mark and his team. Mark is very professional, honest, and trustworthy. In our case, we had a tough time dealing with our insurance company. Another roofer told us that we had to pay for the replacement. Mark came in and explained the process and steps in detail. He collected storm data and helped us navigate the insurance claim process to get our claim approved. We are so grateful! Before the work started, they came over to protect our exterior walls, flower beds and windows with nettings. They also informed our neighbor and protected their window nearby. This was really an eye-opening experience! They were extremely helpful throughout the roof replacement and kept us updated the progress by sending drone photos.
