After my roof was damaged in the recent hail storm. I contacted Andrew at AmeriStar roofing and he was so helpful with talking to and dealing my insurance company. He stayed in contact with me through the whole process. He even informed me that the last time my roof was done they only put shingles in top of shingles and he removed everything and started fresh. His crew cleaned up my yard and everything was done by the end of the day. Thank you so much for my new roof. I would definitely recommend him and AmeriStar to any one.

Wow! What an experience! I can not begin to tell you how happy we are with the service we received from Ameristar Roofing. From the very first appointment with our salesman, John Hart, to the actual "new roof" day we were treated like royalty. John helped walk us through the estimates, selection of materials and insurance questions. He worked with our adjuster to answer questions and submit paperwork needed to process our claim. On the day of the actual roof installation, John was there. He checked on the crew throughout the day and came back at the end of the day to make sure everything was to our expectations. The crew members were also very kind and respectful of our property. They cleaned up so well after all the work was completed. Our roof is beautiful and we are so happy. 10/10 recommend Ameristar Roofing! Call John Hart, seriously, call him!

Taylor and his team did a great job. They walked us through the entire process and we’re present at every turn to help us get a leaking roof repaired. On the final day Taylor was at our house for about three hours making sure every scrap of shingles and all nails were picked up. The metal roof looks amazing and our neighbors have given us a ton of complements.Deal with confidence, great experience.

Ameristar installed a new roof on my house. Quick, courteous and professional work. A year later my house was hit by a tornado that completely demolished my neighbors home. The roof remained completely intact except for holes were debris had punched through like cannon balls. I contacted Rick at Ameristar and they took care of everything including my broken windows. My Insurance Agent and even other Contractors kept commenting on how well done the roof and been installed. They were incredulous that it had weathered the twister without significant damage. Ameristar is at the top of my list for great folks!

Used them twice. The first time l thought they did a good job, but the second time was a nightmare!!! They wouldn't answer my phone calls even though l left messages that my roof was still leaking. They finally came out, but never sent anybody to fix the damage in my master bath. I don't think I'd trust them to put a roof on a dog house. When they were finally "through" they left a huge mess in my yard. Unacceptacle!!!!!!!

Very unsatisfied with their service. A roof put on by them had multiple leaks and the response was to keep sending someone with a caulk gun. The interior damage keeps getting worse and now the 5 year warranty in about to expire. The owner doesn't answer his phone and is very rude when he does. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Drove for an hour and waited and waited for them to show up at an appointment for a roof inspection and when I called to find out where they were, I was told "it should be common sense that they couldn't get on the roof because it had been raining" 😳Update: submitted the same review on BBB where Ameristar roofing acknowledged the incident then tried to get it withdrawn by telling BBB they had never done business with me.
