Couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of work delivered by Patrick and his team. New home builds come with issues in some cases. For me, it was roof leaks that were damaging interior walls caused by improper vent installations. Patrick quickly identified why and where the leaks were and took care of the problem. We’ve had some hard rains since then and not a single wet spot detected! I highly recommend Blue Heron Construction for anyone looking for quality work from a builder that does not cut corners.

:::EDIT::: the owner fixed the issue and was really nice, he worked with us and made sure the issue was fixed. I would use this company again as I was having issues with an employee not the owner.I'll change my review once the issue is fixed. I'm not happy that after three years after the warranty expired my roof is leaking. They said it was bad material on one of the roof jacks. Now I'm mostly going to have to pay out of pocket to fix this. I'll be using someone else if that's the case. We were referred to Blue Heron by a family friend, and are glad that they did our roof. Our roof was about 10 years old, and we should have replaced it in the last hail storm. But because we decided to hold off on repairing the roof, by the time that we wanted to repair the roof, the insurance company would not let us. Our roof was insured by AAA at the time, and they denied our claim. Blue Heron helped us navigate through the confusing insurance claims process, and long story short, our insurance claim was approved. I highly recommend Blue Heron for their quality of work and their deep expertise in the insurance side of the business.

Highly recommend Blue Heron for a new roof install. Nick was utterly professional, straightforward, and timely with the job.I had lower quotes from other contractors, but they wanted to use lower quality shingles and regular organic felt. But Nick showed me samples of a few premium quality shingles and synthetic felt that they use, [I selected CertainTeed AR shingles]. After seeing the samples, and seeing Nick's commitment to providing only high-quality roofs to his customers, it was a no-brainer to go with his company, as I felt it was well worth it to spend an extra few hundred dollars on highest quality product.Job was done timely. His workers were knowledgeable, efficient, and hardworking. Absolutely NO hassels.
