I cannot recommend Reliable Roofing & Restoration enough! Best locally owned small business you will find in Houston!Mike and David were helpful from day 1 all the way through roof replacement. Both walked me through the process, answered all questions, were present at the insurance inspection, and took care of my home and yard during the replacement process. We have a simple roof, but their awesome crew was able to get the complete replacement done in under 8 hours start to finish.

Best imaginable customer service with good fair pricing. I called these guys on a Wednesday after discovering pieces of my roof were disintegrating due to a manufacturing defect of some materials. I called late in the afternoon. David had a quote to me that same evening by 8pm. Prices were fair and his team showed up 2 days later to do a meticulous job. They cleaned up the site and left not traces of construction debris. The old material matched the new material. Good prices, honesty, punctuality, good quality, and great communication. In a world where trades have become unreliable, these are the guys you want to use. Highly recommended.

After a hail storm last April, I asked Reliable Roofing and Restoration to assess my roof for damage. He did indeed find damage and recommended replacement. My insurance company denied the claim. David suggested I ask for another evaluation of the roof which was done. After several months we had to have a mediator or impartial evaluation of the need of a new roof. State Farm had said no, Reliable had said we needed a new roof, and the mediator said we needed a new roof.Finally, after waiting 8 months State Farm approved a roof replacement! David was very helpful all along the way! The roof was done in less than a full day and the cleanup was impeccable.The roof is beautiful! It meets all the HOA standards and should be good to go for years to come.David is a LOCAL roofer and was patient to answer all my questions. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely use Reliable Roofing and Restoration.

Very impressive company! David and Chris are amazing! They installed not one but two roofs for two of our rental properties all on the same day this February. They were quick to respond and did exactly like they said they would. They never leave the job as they bring a rolling office to every job and also put out a port a potty for their roofers. They kept me informed all the way through with aerial photos. They also sent the aerial photos to my insurance company. From the moment I called, I knew they were the ones to go with. Doneil made the process extremely easy. He walked me through the entire process. From how the inspection works to the insurance communication to the final products being installed with their upgrades. They arrived at 6:30 am and were gone by 4 pm. The guys did an amazing job. They put tarp out to throw away the old roofing and then used rolling magnets to pick up the nails around the house. As they installed things, they explained how the upgrades work and the superiority of the products. By no means did any of it feel like a business push, it was easy communication because they treat you like people and not a paycheck. Highly recommend giving them a call, you won’t be disappointed. (Unfortunately don’t have an aerial pics, but you can see them on other recommendations, that’s how you know they’re reliable.)

The moment David, with Reliable Roofing, stepped into my house to go over the evaluation of my roof I new I was in good hands. It felt like a neighbor entered and not just someone looking to gain my business. He worked with me and my insurance company, even coming out the day the adjuster came.Reliable Roofing handled painting and replacing a few pieces of siding before the roof work started. Alex, took great care of everything on my back patio and all the fixtures to ensure not to paint anything but the house.Once the work started on the roof it was very obvious his crew was competent and highly skilled at what they did. I was actually in my car on a business call for about an hour and I was able to watch them work. It was truly impressive seeing how quickly and efficiently they worked. Reliable Roofing provided a porter potty on site for the crew and honestly I felt like that was the cherry on top of the cake, I’m sure the crew appreciates it just as much as the homeowners.David and Chris were on site while all of the work was happening to add extra reassurance that the job was being completed as expected. After the roof was completed they had the gutters installed the very next day.What David said is going to happen and when it was going to happen is exactly what happened. Several months ago I noticed water damage starting to spread on my second floor ceiling. I thought it was fixed with a drip pan under the AC but it slowly contiued to grow and several other spots began developing in other rooms. I called several companies to get quotes but David at Reliable Roofing was the only one who made me feel comfortable that (1) they weren’t trying to screw me over, (2) that he could help me with the insurance process to minimize my cost, and (3) broke down the claim process for me step by step. He and his team weren’t pushy and are amazing people outside of the roofing business. Insurance ended up covering everything, just had to pay the deductible. Reliable roofing came out a week later, and in ONE day (7am - 4pm) replaced my entire roof, including the rotten decking. I got drone pictures updating me on the progress throughout the day. My neighbors couldn’t believe how fast and efficient it was. They protected what couldn’t be moved in the yard and cleaned up everything afterward. They replaced the damaged drywall inside, and you would never know any work had been done! I have already heard back from him after the recent hailstorm to check on things. You won't find better customer service and professionalism anywhere else!

I highly recommend Reliable Roofing and Restoration to anyone looking to get their roof replaced. From the moment I called to get an estimate until the day the roof got replaced it’s been nothing short of an excellent experience. I was very skeptical when looking for a roofing contractor at first, but this company really made me feel comfortable as we went through the entire process with the Insurance claim. They were very helpful with everything and were able to answer every question I previously had. One of their members was present when the insurance adjuster came by to make sure they didn’t miss anything which resulted in a successful claim. David came to our rescue after our previous roofer ghosted us. He talked us through everything involving our insurance claim, explaining what steps we needed to take, what steps he would take care of, and what to expect as far as typical time frame and responses.During the months long process, David kept in contact and answered all questions we had, always responding the same day, if not within minutes of sending a text. He recommended other repair services that we were in need of that would save us time, money and frustration if we did them in conjunction with the roof and gutter replacement. He worked with us and our budget needs and found ways to save money where possible.In the end they removed existing gutters, repaired all rotting wood, painted the whole exterior of the home, removed the old roof and installed a new, upgraded roof, and re-installed the pre-existing gutters as well as some new gutters. They also did some interior painting.Over the course of a couple of weeks and only 4 full working days, the project was complete. One of my neighbor's trees fell into my backyard during a storm. The tree hit my roof, causing damage. I am recovering from a spinal fusion and am not capable of doing physical labor. Highest marks to Reliable Roofing and Restoration (David Shepherd) for their work, integrity and communication with my roof issue. Noted a leak on a Friday morning and found out my previous roofer was in the hospital. Reliable Roofing and Restoration responded to me very late in the afternoon and made it by to give me an estimate that evening. Had the leak covered the first thing on Saturday morning before the rain started again and saved me from any more damage. Repaired my issue as soon as they got the proper replacement vent, sent me photos during the repair, and communicated quickly throughout the entire process. Fantastic company and service.... call them if you need your roof replaced or repaired!
